[IT IS CLOSED] In case you need to wait for embassies to open, and want to escape the Tbilisi, this is a really good option. Close to the main road to Tbilisi but with views over the river and monastery; supermarket and restaurant within 10 min walking distance. Kitchen can be used, nice little garden with fruit trees. Owners are super friendly and are happy to share their knowledge of the country with you. They will do anything to make your stay comfortable (they surprised me with a tea pot and cake in my room; helped me getting my motorbike in the garden). Motorbikes will find a place in the garden, but 'big boys' will have difficulty with the entry (slippery hill). Rooms in the front have a balcony, hot showers, AC, just really a super nice place to charge your batteries. I paid 50 Lari (1 person) and although I travel on a tight budget, I happily spent it here.
I didn't ask, but I can imagine they will also let you pitch a tent in the garden.

I was not completely right. there lives a friendly dog over here but he feels like protecting you with his life. or at least his territory. he barked the whole night.
Report Check-Indoesn't exist anymore. I walked further and pushed my bike up the hill. beautiful views, no one around, no glass. just you, nature and your tentje.
