nice campground with no service, a few sites (~5) are right at the river with a nice view. other sites are between river and highway/railway. Most sites are big enough for large units. its first come first serve and someone will come to collect Cash.

trains can be a bit noisy. in some hous its one train after another. some cause vibrations, all use the whistle multiple times next to the site

Stopped by on a Tuesday in the middle of June. Maybe 10+ spots open. It's a nice place for a night. You have the usual road noise and trains. Neither are that bad. Paid $21CAD. nice spot by the river. Mosquitoes were nothing like up north.

Report Check-In

Very nice campground with lots of spaces free. Friendly attendant. Plenty of privacy between spaces. Downside as noted before is the trains that like to blow their horn.

GPS was a bit off. Place is very nice though. Quiet except for the train that likes to blow the horn a lot. Runs less often during the night I think. Saw a mouse in the bush last night. hope it didn't find its way in.
