Beautiful spot. Entry road is in good shape, as is parking area at the end. 3 x tent platforms in great shape, clear and in good repair. Picnic tables, and great fire pits.
Hike into the forest and to the river was beautiful. A highlight, even for scenic NFLD.
Nice, private location, other than a few people stopping to visit the salmon pool. Tent platforms are a little overgrown with brush, but usable. One other camper here when we stayed. Room for our 24 ft TT.
Report Check-InA gravel parking area with pit toilets, 2 or 3 tent platforms and picnic tables. The 2km gravel road from highway is no worse than the paved road LOL. The trail to the salmon pool is about 600m, gravel and flat. The trail continues with other views of the river. We saw lots of Caribou or moose droppings but not the real thing. We did see salmon. There was on RV and one car overnight with us. Great spot.
Report Check-InInteresting place to visit! The river disappear and the salmon goes underground we did not camp but nice little camping place with plateforme for tenter parking for van. I won’t recommend for big camper.
