Very beautiful place directly on the Zambezi. Peaceful. Very sympathetic owner. We feel good here!
Report Check-InBeautiful shady campsites right on the river bank. There is a large lawn, a trampoline and a swing (nice for kids). Lots of birds in the bushes along the river (wish we were birders). Large balcony overlooking the river. We camped next to the braai facility with tables under some palm trees, with view of the river. The ablution are clean but a bit small (hard to find space to change clothes after showering). Hot shower. Lawrence received us and was very accomodating. He showed us around and made a fire for us at night. The camp is more rustic than Nkwazi next door, for us this added to the Nature feel.
Report Check-In200 KW with firewood. We just pitched up and they were very accommodating. Donkey for hot water shower. They are building a volleyball court and nice features around the small dam. Heard lots of hippos and saw footprints but they didn't bother us.
Report Check-InBeautiful natural Camp along the river! Camping and tents available. Bill and his wife put a lot of effort into this small paradise. Camping fee is still 150 KW incl. firewood. They even started the fireplace for us in the late afternoon. From the deck you have a nice view over the river. Take your own drinks - the bar and restaurant is permanently closed.
Report Check-InVery nice spot, friendly owners and not expensive. Beautiful view on Zambezi river. Lots of wild life on Zimbabwe side (lion, Buffalo, hippo).
You can also chill for the day, bring your beers and do a barbecue for few kwacha..
We were so happy to find this place, we stayed longer as it wasn't easy to leave !! Peaceful place!
Very nice and quiet camp, on the river 15$ but they charged us by Kw according to 10$☺ Good MTN signal
Report Check-InVery nice place at the Zambezi river! The oweners are super friendly and helpful. The site is still under construction, but the campsites are already good. Power outlet and water at campsite, nice and clean abolutions and a good View over the river from the campsite. We heard lions and others animals from the other side of the river. Braii wood included.
We enjoyed the cold beer on the amazing terrace whil watching over the river into the national park on the Zimbabwe side. We had some interessting and helpful conversions with the owner. Highly recommended to stay there. Very close to and better than staying in Livingston.
