Description

Camping area in the center where you can rent (200P) or put up your own tent (150P) on the rooftop of the owner's house. No grass. There's a kitchen, free water, free WiFi, bathrooms, shower, and a common area. The place is quite pleasant!

Dorm w/ 6 beds for $200, private room with bath $600, no AC, very small parking area so won’t be able to very comfortably park here. Community vibe is nice and location is central

100 pesos per day for your own tent on the rooftop, they try to charge 25 for a small fan, after few days of greediness and 2 customers which left she gave us it for free. Basic kitchen free park for motorcycle

Stayed here one night. Price is now $150 for camping with own tent which is a bit pricey, but still competitive for Bacalar. Amenities are ok. Have everything like shower, kitchen, electricity, bathroom, sink, but only one for everybody. Tents are protected by roof which is nice, and location of hostel is amazing. Access to Laguna for free in protected area is only a few blocks away, and you're right in the heart of the city.

Now 140p pp in your own tent. Warm water. Good only for one night. Not clean kitchen.

Best deal for tent camping in Bacalar. Still 100 pesos per person with your own tent; 150 pesos to rent one of their tents. Everywhere else charges at least 200 pesos to camp in your own tent. While the amenities there might be a little better than Ximbal, 200 to camp is just too expensive for me. The hostel is very chill, and it’s centrally located. Family that runs it is very friendly.

Seulement camping de tentes. Not for van

Very secure, I felt safer leaving my bike in the back of the hostel than leaving it down at the campgrounds by the water for sure.

I pitched a hammock downstairs.

Basic kitchen and close to the lake. The people working are very friendly and welcoming!
