It was OK until about 6:30 PM or so when it became inundated with homeless people. We did not feel comfortable, so we left.

Just as described before. Great place to spend the night. Pit bathrooms available. Sign indicating ok to camp overnight. we spend a quiet restful night. See photo of sign.

As others said - camping allowed signs from 8p-7a. I left around 6:30am along with a few others but there were still people there when I dipped. Nothing special but felt safe and was a nice place in town near the planet fitness

Parked here last night. There were a lot of other vehicles. Camping overnight until 7am. Cop knocked on my window at 7:08 to get out.

Report Check-In

Would only stay here for a night. There’s a bunch of other cars and a homeless guy that’s a bit sketchy. Kinda noisy with other people around coming and going. Not bad for a night though.

Camping is allowed here! Like others have said there is a sign saying camping is allowed from 8pm-7am. 2 hr parking 6am-6pm. We stayed 3 nights and left during the day to go to the library and/or park nearby. There is a small grass area with dog poo bags and garbage too! 2 bars Verizon LTE.

we, and the cars beside us overstayed by an hour or so and no one bothered us!

Drove down to check it out... there was a no overnight parking sign and another sign that says park closed 10pm - 6am. Didn't stay too find out if we'd get kicked out... went to Walmart.

one lot over is a “no” sign, but a van is over there. I feel ok in this lot with another van or two, other than the person driving by blasting bass-heavy music. good food nearby. maybe i should put a sign up saying “still supporting the local economy” — for real though, delicious fried chicken and local vibes at Tiny’s a couple blocks away.

Left due to not feeling safe- as did 3 other campers while we were there. Sketchy people lingering… go with your gut. Safety rating for North Bend is 5/100 with 100 being safe, so there’s also that….

Right by the river. Restrooms are a five minute walk. Take the boardwalk to the left (if facing the river) and you’ll find the bathrooms and water fountain. Restrooms close at dawn. Had some teenage locals park by the vans and blast music and drink in the evening, but they left around 10 PM. Otherwise great view with a picnic table and benches. Had around 4-7 other vans park overnight with us too.

Report Check-In

Stayed one night in the north side of the parking area. A cop drove by in the evening, didn’t bother us. No others parked overnight. Quiet and safe.

Very quiet little spot. 2 over vans here last night. Felt safe. Small park to get out and stretch your legs. Good cell service on TMobile.

Report Check-In

Quiet, right off the main thoroughfare, excellent view, small patch of grass for your dog. The only thing that would make this better is a bathroom.

Really nice and quiet place. Have stayed multiple times throughout the week and have seen multiple other RV's and vanlifers. Can't beat free lakeside access!

This spot was so helpful to find!
There was 2 other vans parked. There was also an RV with a generation running on the side parking Spots. He turning it off before 10:00pm. It was very quite and peaceful. I slept great until about 6:30AM when some Homie pulled up right next to me blasting music! Come on!
Woke me up from a deep sleep.
The south end of the parking lot is next to an Oyster company. The Homie was going to work and I thinking I was in his parking spot. He was getting high before work and playing loud music.
Honestly, this is a great spot just park on the north end. That would be my recommendation. I would sleep there again.

Quiet and on the water. Lots of seagulls and their poop, as mention. They aren't like dogs who have their own poop handler. Speaking of which...the sign asks for dogs to be on leash and to clean up after. Yes, that means even YOU.

We decided to stay here for a night after reading the review about the casino rv park, they charge for dry overnight parking so to avoid running into casino security we moved to this spot just 2 minutes away. This is amazing spot, quiet and wake up to beautiful river view in the morning, we slept well and no problem parking here for the night . There was one other car parked here for the night. Seagulls’ poop everywhere just be careful.

Slept here one night with no problems. Saw the police pass by but didn’t ask me or the other car to leave. Really quiet and perfect
