Description

Free parking behind Treasure Island in a multi-storey parkade. Enter Treasure Island complex by turning right off of Spring Mountain road on the last right before you hit the Vegas Strip (aka Las Vegas Blvd.). I believe the road is called Mel Tourmey. The ramp up to the parkade is on your right, and spots for "oversized" vehicles is immediately on your right at the top of the ramp, 2nd floor. Good for camper vans, but anything taller may not fit. Alternatively, you can Enter the TI complex from Las Vegas Blvd, and follow signs for "self-parking". No charge, no parking attendants. We parked four nights without issue. Of course, TI has bathrooms, coffee shops, restaurants, water, etc.

Followed the directions in the posted map and got past security by saying we're planning on staying at the Mirage and parked in the oversized lot. However she told us to PAY immediately at the machine which costs 50$ for a day! The parkade at treasure island is free however but has a normal height restriction.

Didn’t worked out for us. Friendly security asked for reservation number and said too many people used the spot for overnight…

Stayed here one night and everything worked perfectly as said from the comments below. Tried again the next day with a different guard and he asked what room number haha, so be prepared just in case that question pops up.

We followed the instructions from the person who posted on 9/29/23 and it worked like a charm!

Pulled up to the gate and the security guard came over and we told him we were staying at the Mirage but our friends booked our room and we didn’t have the reservation number. He said no prob, just jot down your cell and license plate number. We drove on it and parked, lots of sprinters and RV’s around.

Spent the afternoon / evening walking around the strip and went back to our camper to sleep at night. Felt very safe and wasn’t noisy! We were skeptical this would work but it went great!

Follow the "Oversize Parking" signs!!!
It will lead you to the Mirage Hotel's Oversized parking area, it is not a covered parking complex. We decided to go this way because we felt our van is too tall to fit inside the complex.
You will see a small Security Guard Shack.
TELL THE SECURITY GUARD YOU WANT TO PARK IN THE OVERSIZED PARKING LOT AND ARE PLANNING TO STAY AT THE MIRAGE HOTEL!
They will NOT ask you for reservation information.
Security will ask you to sign a piece of paper, get your name, phone number, and they write down your license plate number.
THAT'S IT!!!
My girlfriend and I stayed here three nights FREE with security walking around. Perfectly felt safe and secure.
we were even able to plug in our van into an outlet over by the vending machine.
it does say "Pay Here" And it has a kiosk, but we did not pay and no one ever told us anything.
we parked and slept, then during the day we drove off to sightsee, then we would drive back to the same parking lot and we told the NEW security guard on shift the same old story, "we want to park in the oversized parking lot. we are planning to stay at the Mirage."
we parked, opened up the back of our van, hopped into the van.
This is a great spot!

Still free and right on the Strip. I had my fan on and windows open the whole night and no one checked my car.

Free inside parking. When you entering to the parking there is a security guy sitting at the entrance, I opened the window he just said go ahead no other questions. If anything just say you going to casino to play. Big parking lot but annoying that music playing inside of the parking it’s not so loud but still annoying lol. I did got a knock from security guy around 8 am because of my stupidity, I was watching movie without my headphones, so if you want to stay there be quite and you won’t have any problems.

Parked overnight on the rooftop of the treasure island parking lot. I went to see Mystere so was already up there. Stayed the night with no issues. It’s free parking anyways, so not many people check.

If you’re too tall for this structure (we were) keep following signs for oversized parking which connects to the Mirage - which is the adjacent site noted on the app. Comments there!

Tried to enter here at 11pm, but everything was closed.

stayed here in a converted Kia soul. no one bothered me and besides the expected no
ise of being that close to the strip it was quiet. this was on a Saturday night as well. recommended for on strip stealth camping.

Report Check-In

Did not stay here. The entrance to the 2nd level said 8’1” clearance. Did see a sign directing elsewhere for paid oversized parking but we did not investigate.

Free parking in the Treasure Island Self-Parking.
All amenities, stores, restaurants....in the hotels.
Really hot there in summer so not the best place for resting.

Report Check-In

Free parking, the sign says 'guests only' but they don't check. You walk right into the hotel/casino. It is noisy, 24h/day music and of course parking garage noise. It was also VERY hot (but we don't have airconditioning in our van) so we ended up walking into the hotel to book a room in the middle of the night...

Report Check-In

Just as described before, it’s a convenient place for staying overnight in your van.
No one bothered us. We had a quiet night.
