Something not right?

Description

Stayed some nights, nobody else was here. People very helpful and the Playa Principal right in front of the camping. Near walk to surfer beach Zicatela. They charged us 50 Pesos/ person /night and 70 for the car. Prices are higher in high season. There are clean showers and toilets with seats. Very chilled! Just watch out for the falling coconuts...

Latest Check-Ins

This place is open. We were here January 5 2023 with our truck camper 7 m long and 12 ft high.
Looks like it’s mostly Mexicans staying in tents but they welcomed us with our big rig.
The Mexicans staying there were super friendly to us and made us feel very welcome.
There was quite a bit of garbage all around but the caretaker cleaned up most of it by the end of the day.
They charged $370 pesos for 2 people and a dog for one night; electricity, sewer, and water. No wifi, no pool. It’s a basic place, don’t get high expectations.
You’re right by the beach, the location is great but the club is loud at night. We slept fine with the fan on :)
Good spot for Puerto Escondido given the limited options.

Stopped in here looking for a place to stay with my truck camper. It is open and the sign says Trailer Park. However, the girl at the front desk said camping is only offered on the weekend.

You are right on Playa Principal so don’t complain. The fish restaurant in front of you or the panga guys will have fish everyday. We got our 24ft TT + pickup in easily. Only one other Class C here. Our friends from Playa Ventura had been here with 28ft MH, 36ft MH and Class C. Water is low pressure, but baños are OK. Maybe 15A power. The sewer needs help sometimes, but Norberto reamed it out. $200/night. We walked to Zicatela and Playa Carrizalillo - good hikes.

Only place we found in the Centro. Others place were closed and asked us to rent à room.
80p/night. Make sure dumps are empty to avoid bad surprises. We couldn't dump. They were all full. Cold shower, no Wi-Fi.

Yes, this place still exists but it’s rather a day parking area than a campground. There is no beach view as it’s right behind a smelly palapa restaurant. Still there’s no WIFI. MEX$ 200 for 2 people in a camper. Didn’t stay.
