To be clear, this is a ONE LANE road, with signs at the entrance warning big rigs that there are no turn-arounds. Do not attempt in an RV. Great boon-docking sight. This one in particular is right by a creek and with little traffic... our F250 with slide in “slid in” without any problems and level after propping the rear tire 6 inches off the ground. Passed one other boon-docker towards the entrance in a fancy van, and had one truck exiting the one-lane road passing by us at the time of this writing at 11:08 PM after being here for 2 hours. There is some trash here which we will pick up before leaving, and a couple trails that lead to the creek.

What a fun place to hang our hat for the eve as we head north! Trash is minimal with no gross toilet paper trails, and the access to highway 101 is not bad at all. There is a huge “no campfires” sign, which makes sense as there is foliage abound around this entire sight, and it’s obviously patrolled by rangers being a paved road with access to

What an awesome spot! Didn’t seem so promising at first but if you get out of car and walk down that wide path you’ll find some flat area to set up one tent. The ground is soft and full of moss making it very comfy with the creek’s running water. We drove maybe five minutes more past this spot posted to see if there were more tent areas but seemed to be just pull outs for camper vans.

Went out here to check it out. Several small pull offs but no ATT phone service. Beautiful area!

Really just the beginning of a washed-out road. Very un-level. Wet all the time. Nice for an overnight. A small beautiful waterfall is just 50m east, and a stream is nearby too.

Nice, quiet, wooded spot. Would’ve been lovely if I was traveling with someone this time around. As a solo traveler though, the place gave me the heebie jeebies with how desolate, wooded, dark, and quiet it was - which is a dream to some, but not alone. Ended up moving to a pullout off the highway by other parked cars for the night.

It’s a single road getting into this spot. With some turnouts along the way.

The camp spot was super quiet with only one car passing by in the night. I had enough space to get a 144” sprinter in and level.

It was raining like hell and the ground was a bit muddy/slippery on the exit.

Small Campspot on Elbow creek rd. Just on the side of the road. There is a sign "no fires" Came at 5pm and no car has passed to 8pm, so it is very quiet. By the river, but couldn't see anything as i came in the dark.
