We bought our tickets to Cyprus at Akgünler. The lady spoke good English and was very helpful. We paid about 20.000 TL for 2 Pax and a 6.8m camper including return tickets. Credit card payment with 3% surcharge.

Akgünler: very unfriendly at the office, no cards accepted, only cash. So we left without buying a ticket here.

The name of the company is Akgünler, for the ferry to Girne, Cyprus. I paid 405 TL for one person for a return ticket with an open return date. No extra charge for my bicycle. The two men working in the ticket office speak some English. I arrived and bought the ticket on a Sunday afternoon and there is a sailing departing the same night.

If you can choice, don't take Filo'S boats. The boats are very old. The other company, whose name is bit longer and I forgot, has much more modern vessels.

Prices with Filo on July for one person and one motorbike: 445TL.

Two companies which do the car ferries have their offices in this street opposite the small harbour. We paid 655tl for driver & 1pax and our 6mtr womo to go to Girne on the overnight ferry. Parked and slept here while waiting for 10pm next evening to go thru customs and immigration hoping for no delays or cancellation.
