Effectively, nice guy. Arrived with my bicycle, he proposed to me to sleep in the prior room.
There is a small shop and you can eat chicken tajine or omelette.
The place is still open. We had lamb tagine for 40 dirham, it was good. Note that they may not have drinking water: when we arrived the owner was out and was waiting for delivery. They do have non potable water running from a tap though.
Report Check-InThe restaurant is open but i was adviced by the employees not to spend the night there, due to safety reasons.

Report Check-InStill open, friendly people, coffee and a little shop, you can sleep here
Report Check-Inplace still exists, when stopped there for lunch they had only tajine. More like a Café + small Shop than a Restaurants. But still a nice stop on the long way south to Bir Gandouz, especially for cyclists
Report Check-InThe restaurant La Boussola is a very nice place to eat and spend the night.
They are very friendly and me make all to help you.

Report Check-InIt's a really nice spot to take a break or eat some good fish, or spend the night. The owner is a honest and nice man, he speaks good spanish and knows the local fisherman so he usually has fresh fish ready to grill. The place also has the typical snacks for sale.
There are two lovely dogs, they will approach you but the friendliest dogs i met in Morocco/Sahara (also quite clean).
Some walking can take you to the beach for a sunset (no need to climb down any cliff). I went to the beach with the dog and we had a lot of fun playing fetch-the-stick.
It's probably the last relaxed place to eat some fish before arriving in Nouadibhou.
