Description
Spot in the desert. Hidden from the street by many cactuses with more or less level ground. We made a firepit for you. Slow 3G connection. Hot during the day. Almost no shade.
Note: might be private property and Saul from the swimming pool nearby might come by to collect 10.000 to stay for the night.

Beautiful place to camp between the cacti. Spend the whole afternoon and night here. It felt safe and was super quiet. If you come from the north entrance drive a little further passed the cacti bush and you can see a easy area to get to the campspot. Nobody bothered us or asked for money.

However, this seems to be private property.
Saul, the owner of the swimming pool nearby came over around 5 and told us about it. We didn't want to leave, so we asked him if we could stay. He said it would be fine for 10.000 cop. I only had 9.000 in small change and he was fine with that.
Not sure if he is the owner or not, but he was friendly and we thought 10.000 isn't too bad to have a quiet spot to ourselves. He also offered that we could stay at his piscina for 10.000 per person and use the swimming pool as well. Might try that tomorrow.
Nice breeze in the afternoon, hot during the day. 4G Claro on and off (0 to 5 Mbps depending on location and weather).

We have spend 5 days and 5 nights. It was a nice spot, but not really hidden from the road. Very hot during the day, but there is no shade anywhere else either. Many mosquitoes when there is no wind, but when the wind blows the temperature is super nice and the nights are comfortable and quiet.
Hopefully many stars are seen at night, although we almost always touch cloudy, storm and rain.
