Description

Stopped early afternoon as I just couldn’t drive anymore. Drove to several parks in the two towns but stopped here for a rest. Talked with a gentleman who came out of the government building (presidencia municipal) and he said no problems sleeping here and suggested sleeping on that side of the park as the road is less traveled, just not directly in front of the entrance.. He also noted police station just around the corner so it would be safe. And...said if we needed the bathroom, to knock on the municipal bldg door and a policeman will let us in... If the doors are already open, just walk in like you know where you are going, and head to the right, back corner.

Not big rig friendly...

The plaza was lovely to walk and a few food vendors came out around 6 to 10. Had a peaceful nights sleep. Much better than a Pemex on the main road...

We slept here for four nights, we sold our crafts very well in the afternoon. Very friendly and helpful people. The gardeners provided us with water, there are very clean bathrooms in the municipal building
