Description

This is just a parking lot that we camped at for the night, which was great for accessing downtown easily. Secure but a bit noisy.

We negotiated 200 pesos for the night. They have washrooms on site and electricity if needed.

Latest Check-Ins

Pretty much as described, great location for a tour of the city. The price is $25 pesos per hour, but the 'lost ticket' price is $300 pesos, so the guy at the booth advised that I lose my ticket - but I didn't hear it from him, wink-wink.. We haven't left yet so I'll find out tomorrow.

Report Check-In

Did not stay. Opening price for 24 hours was $600mxn ($25*24hrs). Best I could negotiate was $350mxn/24hrs.

As mentioned before, a great location for down town Monterrey, real friendly staff. real convinient for us to spend the night. 150 pesos. At the moment all the business are closing at 8 pm for Covid restrictions.

A decent city centre car-park, clean and well managed by a friendly guy. Not pretty, but great location for the museums, barrio antiguo, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping etc. Busy and noisy during the day, but it quietened down around 20:30hrs, we had a peaceful night. Toilets are clean, and we could use his tap to fill our camper water-tank (non-potable) for free with our own hose. Height access over the gate is up to around 3.6m. Much of the parking is covered and quite low, but around the
back (out of sight of the street) there are several spaces with no cover or height restriction. The manoeuvre space is a bit tight. We are 6.5m long and had no problem, but much longer than that might struggle to manoeuvre into the spaces. Price 150 pesos for 24hrs. Reasonable for the secure and central location.
