Something not right?

Description

Nice quiet neighborhood. We asked the lady in the house we stayed in front and she was really nice. Nearby there is a brewery with great pizza.

We also went to the other place nearby, but there wasn’t any room for our 33 feet RV and it really is a bit run down with old, broken RVs.

quiet place but small streets. we parked a little further because of this with our rv 24. but perfect.

right next to carioca bowls. outside 2 businesses so you aren't in front of houses. right in the alberta arts district a really cute area. can park oversized vehicles up to 72 hours (legally) they don't really care in portland. fun to walk around or stop for the day. best to come in the morning or evening if you have a bigger rig so you dont have to deal with blocking cars while you park. lots of restroom options near by if you need. would recommend checking out the area if you are stopping in portland its nicer than a lot of places here we've stayed

Quittung, residental area next to a grass field. Stayed 2N, took bus No 4 downtown and walked back. Some other cars, vans around

Wouldn't necessarily recommend this spot. We arrived evening and realized the spot is in a dense neighborhood. We felt a bit awkward camping in front of someone's house so we parked in front of a vacant house under construction. Not a great spot to hang out, only to sleep and I wouldn't say it's great for big rigs either.

security kicked me out of cracker barrel around the corner but showed me this spot behind the best buy. there are a handful of other rvs. he said I could stay here as long as I wanted. bit of street noise during the day but quiets down at night

I didn't park in front of the same house, but I will agree that the whole neighborhood is a great boondocking opportunity. Nice tree lined streets, that might limit you if you rely on solar. But otherwise a great night sleep. I'll be back here again
