Description

Huge waterfall after about a 2km trek, not for the feint hearted. Very steep in places and if you want to get to the top of the waterfall you have to cross a river so we couldn't as we were in full bike gear. We walked to the bottom and it was really beautiful. Slippery and lots of spray so you get soaked but it's pretty cool. I think they also have cabins to stay in but we didn't ask however you could visit the website www.saltosete.com.br 10 Reais pp entry for waterfall. Access to waterfall 9am to 5pm. Allow at least a good 1.5 to 2 hours to visit.

Corr: check whether it is open before you go, weird opening days.

It doesn't look open on Monday to Friday.
Only open on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays - and only if it doesn't rain.
A bit of a bummer.
