Nice place nestled in by the water. Tiver water rises at hight tide. Ground was packed tight we fit a 35 ft bus and Van fit with more room. We didn't get bothered at all.

Amazing camp spot! No no overnight parking signs, though I’m not sure the rules around parking near water sources in national forests. No one bothered us and we were the only ones there! 10/10 would recommend

I paid $30000 per night, (they refused to give me discount) I stayed 3 night. use power, clean bathroom, shower and refill water tanks.

I arrived with an issue in the roof and they borrow me stairs and a worker to review my solar panel mfollowing my instructions. Very friendly and helpful people.

I was very happy to meet another’s overlanders here, we shared beautiful moments, watch red moon, sky full of stars, bioluminescence, sunset

very quiet spot with a beautiful view! We just established a new firepit because everything was washed away with the last rain.

Great spot if you choose your spot well & to do that arrive early. We arrived at 3 on a Tuesday and snagged the 2nd to last spot .... moved to a better site abs felt much more at ease (I like to be more remote ... so being slap bang in the centre of 50 RVs was not great for me). Very nice hosts abs friendly campers. Showers, water and dump all clean.

Beautiful beach camping along Bahia Concepcion coast. Palapas and fire rings. Pit toilets some of the worst we have seen. No cell coverage on Verizon. Road is easy access. Caretakers on site, current charge is 200 pesos for two people.

cons: there is a lot of poop around as well as a dead carcass of an animal.
