Official campground and picnic place of the Una National Park right at the river. plenty of space, covered benches and all on grass. facilities with hot showers are in great condition. friendly staff walks by in the evening and morning to collect the fee of 10Mark or 5 Euro.

Third Generation family run RV Park. RV’s, cabins, permanent park-model homes, and tent camping. Large group Ramada. Goofy-Golf, petting zoo. RV Storage long-term. Spaces are large and grassy with some gravel pads. Entry road and streets are roughly graded and rutted-go slow. FHU, some electric And water only. Farm-style daily, monthly and permanent rates. 100+ sites. Fall Penn State University home game weekends expect to have no vacancy.

As beautiful as they say. It's raining today, so q think we will come back at the end of our stay in Newfoundland. Well worth it!

Big supermarket with lots of products, also western ones. (Also real cheese, yoghurt, chocolate, coffee, etc.)
Good to fill up your supplies before you go to the Pamir Highway.

Camping is 120

It’s a lodge with a big yard and fluffy gras where they allow camping. Big trees and palms for plenty of shade.
There are like somehow picnics areas that can used as Braai place with Braai drums. Firewood is provided.

Ablution block is in the far end with hot shower. It’s clean.

The whole place is neat and quite well looked after.

The road is noisy during the day into the evening. Not much traffic at night.

There are here and there some plugs/electric points, but the lodge wants the campers not using electricity.

Free Wifi is only for lodge guests.

Ablution block and swimming pool area has a sink to do dishes.

Another toilet facilities next to the big lapa Fire place.

Chickens and goose running around the garden. As well as few Emus. Children’s playground and a mini golf.
Swimming pool. Restaurant.

Good signal with MTN. 3G.

The ruins of this old church from 1885 makes for an interesting pitstop and some explanations from the caretaker

New place with 3 rooms incl breakfast kw570 per person per night, camping is allowed but not much shade, price negotiable

Elevated from the lake, no village or house around and a great open view over the lake. Ground is loose rocks or take the small path immediately to the right to be out of sight from bypassers.

Unfortunately the river washed away this spot. A bit further would be nice too, but when I was there, a buldozer was working to repair the place, so I drove on.

A few big rigs parked here overnight. Quiet area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

As described, i spent 1 night there and had no problem.

They ask now for KT 1.000 / hour/person or KT 6.000 for full day (as we understoof incl. room and breakfast.
looks like as hourly guest you can sleep in your car before the gate, as dayguest in the secured parking lot.
We paid 10.000 rwduced day rate and slept in our car.
Sauna was out of service, but then thees were 4 big warm pols and almost no people

First come first serve. It is not free. Only room for a few big rigs.

aaand nope. someone tried to enter our vehicle at 1.30am. luckily we were up and we scared the shit out of the potential thief :)

free camping without services, lot of pine trees, quite atmosphere

We went to the demonstration forest for a hike in the evening. Saw that there were no signs indicating no overnight camping so we spent the night in the big carpark. No noise at night or in the morning, very quiet and quite close to town.

mosquitoes are the size of elephants, as numerous as French in a brothel, and as angry as a scouser without beer.

Go down after the gate to a beach. We stay here 2 days and it’s very quiet. ( Some frogs)

Stayed 3 nights in our way to the Guatemalan border, awesome experience. Waking up at 2am to patrol the beach and look for turtle eggs. Bring something to cover you from the rain while working plus a flashlight if you have. They receive volunteers all year round. Not much work when we were there. Free. Atmosphere is super relax and very friendly people. There are three turtles programmes in the same street, this is the last one and belongs to the Government of Chiapas, black entrance. Paved road and good size entrance so any vehicle can get here, no height limitations. Toilets and shower at the ‘Laboratorio’ door. Bring enough food and water. Enjoy!

For 2019 the price for an unserviced campsite changed to 44.00 CAD/ night incl. taxes, so we decided not to stay.

We paid 40pp for a private room with double bed. Showers are warm. WiFi is good. Kitchen is small. Really friendly owner. We could park the motorcycle in the hallway (place for 2)

overflow for magnolia campsite. room for rv or a few tents . no fires permitted here but it is a place to camp if no spots are available of the 22 campsites just up the hill

It is a little carpark at the very end of the sealed road near a hotel/restaurant and close to the river.
It was ok to stay here in offseason. Really nice place with great views.
Would be nice to spend some money in the restaurant.
There are supposed to be more spots further up a gravel track.
There is wifi from the restaurant. We did not try it.
