The hostel is reeeeally old and you will hear everything. But we had an pleasant stay here. Nice people, book exchange, hot shower, an private room (with shared bathroom)

Not gonna get here with 2wd when I came at least. stopped before the big sandy hill that you'd have to go up, but still got super stuck on the way backing out. The top surface is packed a bit but if you mess up at all, it is DEEP.

Very accessible water tap at the road with clean water and good pressure. Many local people come to fill up their water.

As a cyclist you'll be more than welcome in the community of Punta Brava. you'll be able to put up your tent somewhere by the open areas around here and while it is in direct or partial view of the streets this place is very safe right now (it does require some getting used to though). I spent three nights here in wonderful company of the main community enthusiast Alex and become somewhat of a local legend here. you'll likely here about Axel or Assel if you come with a touring bike.
on most days the Kilómetro 0.5 fast food joint serves some amazing Classics here. it is run by Alexs son and you might be introduced to the whole family while visiting.

toilets are not really available, unless you ask Alex in the house next door if you can use his. if you can handle the rustic nature of this "campsite" you'll be in for a great time with the locals.

At the Gas Petrol Station they refilled our 4 liter gas bottle, we brought from turkey. Super easy going. We payed 18.000 som.

One of multiple parking areas in between trees. Traffic from the main road can be heard but is not disturbing. In the evening young people came to hang out, but it seemed not to be a problem.

Rolled in at 8 pm and left at 7 am. It is a quiet place to with occasional train blowing its horn as it went by (3 times). It didn't bother me because I'm a deep sleeper.

180MAD room, confortable bed, big balcony , shared toilet, hot water. bottom their own restaurant, all andalus vintage style. really recomended

Good place to spend the night. Very quiet. A little dogs barking sometimes, but no problem to sleep! Good Claro 4G.

I asked at the Gendarmery and they send me here. just go to the local shops at the building and ask to the guys. there are friendly, no passport, no problem, just take a couple minutes than the guy bring the key.

We only need the passport to buy the SIM cards, 888 rupees for 88GB + 100 rupees each SIM

Friendly staff and fast process, but we had to wait almost 2 hours in the second office to wait for the one to stamp the CDP

Friendly staff and everything very relax, we just had to fill out the form and that's it. We were able to pay in Indian rupees (8,500 for two people 30 days). They told us that we could pay in rupees and dollars

we spent two nights here on the campground. super nice and quiet. the taps were working and the toilet was clean and working aswell!

Potholded road with some big holes. 2 Checkpoint from Okene to Itobe. We where 2x 4x4 and a big rig. From Owo to Itobe 3h.

Okay hotel with good WiFi. Close to Plaza del Armas. I paid 40 soles for one room. I parked my the room at the first floor, just one stair. The ventilator wasn’t working so the friendly lady gave the one from the reception.

The room, especially the bathroom should have been more clean. They probably clean it just a little instead of properly. You can always check before you use decide to stay here. But this is Latin America, I have seen worse.

It in a pedestrian street, I don’t know if they have parking available.

I went to two other hotels before this one. One didn’t have WiFi the other asked for a ridicules price.

Beautiful beachfront campground. Seemingly newly remodeled bathroom and shower facilities. Very nice and accommodating camp hosts. Individual covered food prep areas at each campsite.

Very nice beach. Sleeping in the car is permitted. Pitching tents is prohibited. Swimming is prohibited on the entire beach. The patrol stopped me at the entrance and told me this. She was there again at 06:00 in the morning and said: "Sleeping ok. No swimming". This was confirmed by the locals I met. Some trash, mainly cans, bottles and plastic.
