Don't try to access after the small bridge because there's large sand dunes that have drifted across the track and you'll definitely get stuck!

Little pull off a short way up a logging road. Go down Foss Rd to get to Forest Service road then pull off logging road to left just a short way down FS road. Road is steep but well maintained. Could fit small RV or a couple of vans or cars. Probably plenty of other sites on same road but didn’t go further. Intermittent one bar of service.

Awesome place. There is highway and train noise but not bad. Quiet all night. Parked in car spots with our van.

This agua station is permanently closed. Its now a butcher shop.

Just outside town, we took a small road to the mountains. We parked next to the road. Beautiful sightseeing.

Nice clean place, these days the price starts from USD 13 in a shared room (7 beds). Unfortunately, the place is pretty noisy (road & guests), so don't forget your earplugs if you plan to get any sleep :(

Departure every hour between 9-16h in winter. Tour in your own car with a guide. 5 stops with explanation. Very interesting and beautiful. Nice to do even expensive. 20.000 for adults but we ask discount for our kids and paying 10.000 like national for them. Kids payed up to 6 years. Do it even is no sun.

Very nice quiet and clean. With ta le shadow if you need. Payed 3000 per adults. We didn’t payed for our kids but I think it’s also 3000

Great spot to take a break, have lunch. Really nice park looks relatively new. Close to a really nice campground where we stayed! The town of Sucua itself was also super clean and really nice!

Some of the playground items are in disrepair, but overall it looks like a nice place to stretch your legs. There’s also a large paved walkiing / running path around the perimeter and a small bike track for kids.

We could stay in that parking area from the hotel with our Sprinter and using the pool area.

Be careful! They tried to put a nail under our tire at a traffic light on Av 9. It seems to be exactly the same trick as known from Chile. Flat tire and then they help you with and try to steal from you.

It went like this: a fancy car followed us. At a red light, the passenger got out and placed a nail stuck in a coffee cup lid in front of our right rear tire. The man also looked well dressed and did not arouse suspicion at all.
We got out and picked up the nail, unfortunately forgot to take a photo of the men and the car.

So be careful!! Keep an eye on your tires and if you get a flat tire and are "forced" to get help, be careful!!!

Unfortunately, very sandy and not suitable for 2WD.

It’s very sandy, so we didn’t try with our 2WD van.

Toilets/cold shower clean, pool beautiful, very quiet location, but…
… the camping are is deep sand and you can clearly see that many vehicles got already stuck. The sand is dirty and black from ashes of past campfires and not very pleasant to stay. For us with a 2WD van, there was only one position where to camp.

Nice spot by the river. No pit toilets or tables or anything. Perhaps we’re not far enough up the river to be at the same spot the other folks described. This spot is also used as a boater’s put-in.

Nestle yourself amongst the rocks just opposite the small Mt Elena. You can hide yourself quite nicely if you're wihh a tent, and you get a great view of the road and plateau to the south.

Very friendly owner- very basic campground where it is hard to find a flat are a despite all the Space available. 5000 for 2 people and a car -

Police here were very welcoming. No hesitation letting me camp. They have toilets, shower, drinking water etc. You might even be able to charge up. Not far from shops.

Fiquei na areia, ao lado dos quiosques. Antes do primeiro quiosque tem uma ducha e uma torneira públicos, pedi wifi para um garçom e usei banheiro deles que fecha as 18h. O ruim é que não tem sombra, mas gostei do lugar.

Super sweet spot. We easily made it here in our F150. Prob not the best for a regular car. Definitely narrow with patches of bushes rubbing against us but nothing major. Gorgeous views and so quiet. Worth the bushwhack as the more accessible sites closer to the road were all full.

Great pretty leveled spot close to the beautiful swimming holes. Stunning landscape, very easy to get to and suitable for all kinds of vehicles.

To get for the road was closed. The sign and said do not enter.
