Great spot for an overnight stay, pretty quiet during the night, only 2 other vans in the parking lot with us.
Right at the start of a great walk as well

Nice clearing by the river underneath some big mango trees. There's a host that backs onto the river here and we felt like we were in their backyard a little. We spoke to a couple of guys and they said it was fine to stay the night. They cautioned us about the strong current of the river and advised we take a dip in the small eddy in front of the house.

We had a peaceful night and were woken by the rooster in the morning.

Pleasant spot. Kinda buggy.

The camp overviews the valley, rainforest on two sides. The guesthouse has 5 double bed rooms with big onsuite bathroom. The camp has it's origin in gorilla 'conservation through public health'. That means not only the gorilla, but also the humans living around the Forrest.
camping is possible. Acces s road is steep and narrow. They help also with bookings for the gorilla tracking. Rooms are very nice. Camping is on terraces. Everyone is very friendly, atmosphere is familiar and you get fire in the evening. Food is very tasty and rich.

Interesting place. It’s an underfunded park in an industrial area. People kinda randomly coming and going but everyone keeps to themselves and stays out of your business. Sign has posted hours but no one seems to care. Saw two full size long term RV’s that looked like the park caretakers. I parked out of sight and popped my camper. Nice and quiet night. No one bothered me. A homeless man sleeps in a tent on the waterfront and so I don’t think anyone cares what you do here. Woke up at 6am to a wacky cat lady feeding the stray kittens haha. Nice little crash spot just north of the city for some much needed rest.

Thanks to the Church for offering this. We just stopped briefly and moved on but it’s a great convenient option just off the highway.

End of dead end road with space for 4 vans, maybe more parked on roadside. Popular with dog walkers and maybe night fishermen but mostly very quiet overnight. Beautiful gardens and sea and sea wall walk into nearby Deal.

The campground ist very big and has a huge gras area.
Nevertheless hard to find a nice level spot.

Overcrowded, loud music all around and BBQs/fire places. So a lot of smoke.

After one night, we escaped to a different place.

Was a good spot to park and sleep. Just West of N. Palm St. there were a couple of other rigs parked. Had some cars driving by here and there until 10/11 pm and was pretty chill after that. Also, if you need to do some laundry, the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to is the Olas Express Laundromat at 505 N Ventura Ave. Unit B, Ventura, CA 93001. It’s right next to a 7-Eleven.

Drove down the dirt road in Thunder Basin National Grasslands and found this spot up on top of a hill. It’s just a couple minutes off of the main asphalt road. Great views and a solid spot! Was a bit windy and the cows were interested in us but we didn’t have issues. We also had Verizon service!

Superbe endroit, mais un monsieur nous a demandé de nous déplacer près du port de bateau plus bas. Magnifique!

Great place for a night, but someone asked us to move down closer to the boats. Beautiful view on the water.

A little tight getting in and out of here. Convenient location though. Took the cable car to the top. Walked to the French looking church and climbed to the tipo on a tour. Very non touristy town, but nice and clean and friendly. The bullfighting ring was closed though. Lots of miradors to walk to. Worth a few hours of walking around.

All roads around and to attractions are heavy terrain. Some good stretches of solid washboard turn quickly in to deep sand for several km.
I'm traveling since a while on a motorcycle on this planet. What I can say riding a heavy bike fully loaded out here is no fun. Looking back at what I did to me and my bike, I'd rather booked a tour from Palmas or wherever and enjoy the park by a 4x4.

Un nice spot pour dormir dans les prairies. Il y a de la place pour plusieurs tentes et véhicules tant que ça ne dérange pas d'être plus collé. Il y a des déchets et on entend le train/Highway, mais ce n'est pas si terrible honnêtement.

Lovely campground! Empty when I went on a Thursday night. Definitely a drive, about an hour from Blackfoot. The dirt road has some washboard sections, but other than that it drove pretty well! Campground has a few developed sites with picnic tables and fire rings, if you keep going past the outhouse the road gets rutted out and pretty bad, but if you have a truck there are a few more secluded primitive spots farther down the river. Excellent river side evening!

Aerosmith spit attached to the super 8 motel. there's a breakfast diner in the hotel, a gas station and truck wash in the plaza and a flying j across the street! it's located on the side of the building, with parking spots directly in front of the door and enough room for RVs. there's also a Ford dealership at the end of the road.

washers range from $4-6 depending on the cycle and size.

last wash on weekdays is 19:30 and last wash on weekends is 15:30.
