Based on the entries, we assumed that we could not spend the night on this site.We asked the police who keep watch at the parking lot. They said no problem, we could stay here overnight.

We enjoy a very beautiful place, beautiful picnic facilities with roof. Bonus: hot shower, very very clean. All this for only $5 per person for entry to the state park. Wow.
Nous profitons d'une très belle place, de belles installations pour picnics avec toit. En prime: douche chaude, très très propre. Tout ça pour seulement 5$ par personne pour l'entrée au state park. Wow.

Interesting spot, you would never know it was here. we pulled in after dark after having car trouble. 300 pesos for two people to park our pop-up van. friendly dogs(previously mentioned husky was on leash). was full of German campers (a caravan possibly? ) when we stayed so it was full. they put us in a grassy lot with other big rigs. very quiet once the fireworks for día de los niños subsided. bathrooms were fine. I did not ask about wifi. our pups loved it.

lots of little pull offs, each seem to be big enough for a bigger rig to be able to turn around. stunning views, great hiking pretty far removed so is peaceful

Plenty of parking, large lots and wide driveway. There’s a camper here that’s not attached to a truck and an older model trailer that’s not hitched to anything with the slides out. I’m not vehicle or lifestyle shaming. I’m just surprised to find that they allow folks to essentially live in this lot. My only true complaint is that since we parked next to the unhitched trailer for more space, we were subjected to an incredibly loud and un-melodic generator from 5am to 6am and again from 10am-11am. If we were to stay again I’d definitely park further away from the noise. Lesson learned!

We camped here , 57 sols for the two of us. Absolutely a gem of a place. set in a valley with hills all around, lots of hiking opportunities, also horseriding from the ranch. We had a wonderful quiet flat area to camp in, all to ourselves. Modern shower and toilet block. Hot water. We also joined the staff for breakfast. Iriana, the manager ensures that all the food is top quality, home produced if possible. it was a real treat to sit and chat over a lazy breakfast. This place is such an oasis of calm after busy Cusco, Machu Picchu etc. 100% recommended. Also room for campervans and they have cabins to rent. Iriana is so thoughtful, offering to fill our waterbottles, advice on walks and our route onwards too. +51 955 572 133

Spent a quiet night here, guards were very nice and didn't hesitate a single moment to let us stay. However, around 7 PM one of the military guys came to us with a phone with someone speaking English on the other side. He told us that the manager of the monument didn't want us to sleep here. We were told to sleep just outside the gate. In the end they convinced him to let us sleep inside the gate. Quite a few mosquitos as you might expect in a swamp.

Also went on a 1 hour marsh tour with on of the boats for 20.000. They started at 40.000 and were very firm at 25.000 but in the end we agreed on 20.000.

Please avoid this place at all costs because they build low cost houses there. Very dangerous.

Okay I know alot of people say best ever this and that but this place gets the best ever bathroom award in 6 months! Better than a hotel.
We loved this spot, the host Donny was really nice and the waterfall hike and ficus tree climb were really great adds.
Sunset - amazing!

Nice Park as described earlier. I arrived on a Wednesday around 6 PM and had about 10 available spots to choose from. First come first serve. Price is still $25 which includes electric and water at the site. Bathrooms are clean and the overall park is well maintained. 2 to 3 bars of ATT 5G service.

Very nice place! Isolated.
6km of tough off road… if you manage to do the first km, you will be fine.
In motorcycle, better have some good experience off road and not be afraid to drop the bike.
The road closes after the ranch.

Camping ok on voluntary coat. I have 250
WiFi fast! And very nice owners.

ACOE 14 day limit. Free. Tables, fire rings, pit toilet, trash. Boat ramp. Good Verizon and T-mobile.

Surrounding by water so potential for bugs in warmer weather. It’s been windy so that makes it colder. Quiet, lots of birds. Great spot.
