capitaine_morgan | WORST DEAL IN AFRICA shame on me that ive came without reading the comment first Concidering the fact that the room coast 300000gf so 32 euros, it might be the worst deal ive encounter in 10 years crossing this continent. for this price you have
and the owner (the less welkoming person ive met) almost laught when I asked if there was à breakfast. No double bed (you need the ensuite room for that) and the matress dont fit the size of the bedspring so its up to you : do you want your head or your feet to be higher. the hôtel is not the only overpriced thing her as the restaurant is ridiculous. she asked 150 000 for a pizza, didnt know we were in manhatan. So i ask for the most expansive omelet ive ever eaten 50k. it is 5 am as I Wright this still not able to sleep because of all the moskitoes |

lars.varnbueler | What an unexpected oasis! Very well-kept place with all amenities and a large cool pool. You can buy drinks on site. Within walking distance you can also get cheap water refills at a purificada. The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday. In the evenings you can sit together and chat in German, English or Spanish. Denise gave us a very warm welcome, showed us everything and was very helpful. There are chickens that you can feed with your organic waste and two friendly dogs.

cape2cape.org | It is a very basic mountain hut. I would call it more a shelter. There is nothing next to the roof. You have to bring your sleeping bag, mattress and flashlight. Some people also bring their tent.

lonely2travel | I was planning to visit the museum in the morning, do decided to stay at it’s parking lot overnight. I wanted a quiet place. There were 3 other car parked (sedan, not travellers ) at tge huge parking lot. No any signs about overnight says. I slept, it was perfect, no any road noise or any traffic, no pedestrians noone. It the morning when i woke up there were a bit more cars already including a truck with a trailer. There’re lots for RV and buses as well. |

emotionalkarate13 | $15 for electric and water, great spots in the gorge across the road from the river. About a 20 min drive into Taos. Pay at the drop box at the front of the campground, about half the spots were full the night we were there. Heated, clean bathrooms. We hiked the trail (2.5 miles & moderately challenging) the following morning. Would definitely recommend. |

Fabian Pickel | Fantastic spot overlooking the sea, perfect sunset. Unfortunately all of the Porto Novo peninsula is a protected area (this includes all other marked spots north of this one on the peninsula), signposted 'no camping, no campers'. Police drove past during daytime but didn't say anything. Other campers reported the do sometimes, however, not issuing fines but friendly reminders to leave. Might depend on the season. Access road is very bumpy and slow. |

Rick Nugteren | As mentioned. $132 pppn for camping. Every spot has a tap, electricity and braai stand. Fast WiFi, though it's best near the restaurant, so we took site 1 and were able to do everything we wanted online. Stayed two nights to recuperate from time on the road, great place for that. Nice restaurant as well and there is a shop next to the entrance gate that has all kinds of useful stuff |

sculhane | Nice park and super friendly staff, but they charge conservation (8$) and car (10$) per day and not per night, so if you add the 10$ for the wilderness camp, it comes to 46$ for a night in the park for one person, which is massively overpriced. Very little game and mostly thick bush. I saw 2 warthogs and a giraffe for 5 seconds. This probably explains why I was the only in the park, with about 50 rangers and staff… |

sculhane | Amazing spot. This is a real wildcamp. About 2.5 km from the road. Last bit is overgrown and it took a while to find the way to the river. Lots of elephant dung around and hyena cries at night. I ended up at a slightly different location at 16.14200, 30.26340 |

ChiloDino | Great place, highly recommended. The dinner is absolutely worth it! Book it if you have the chance! (needs to be booked 3 weeks beforehand) It was the best dinner we had in Namibia and Botswana. The water hole is very active with lots of hippos and elephants especially. Comfortable viewing from the nice sundeck. There's also great LTE signal from MTC Namibia |

stouph.moustache(instagram) | I did not know that it was the change for Pen Peruvian to Bolivianos. In my last search in Juliaca the value was 1.8 Bolivianos for S/1 Pen Peruvian. So, for S/308 Pen Peruvian, I had 550 Bolivianos. The lady was a little tired! I did the math in front of her calculator and she validated it |

Bryan Jones | As previously described. Choice of grass or gravelled sites. The grassed stands can get boggy after rain as the ground doesn't absorb water quickly. After entering at the gate the sites to the left are quite close to a railway line which can be busy except in the early hours of the morning. Light sleepers take note! No electricity at sites. Only charcoal BBQs permitted and must be off the ground. This is a general rule for all New Forest campsites. £32 pn for 2 adults in a camper. Tel: 02380 292097. |
