Amazing place right on the beach owned by amazing people. We spent a night here and then had to spend another one. It’s gorgeous! They have hammocks, chairs and long chairs to sleep and get sunkissed. They can cook you a freshly caught fish or lobster. Delicious, and I don’t even like sea food. My Extended Sprinter easily fits under a coconut tree and was leveled. They have a restroom and shower. A few kayaks to rent. It’s a 100 pesos per person per night and so very worth it. In the morning I tried walking to the reefs to snorkel and got bitten twice by a stingray or two, and I fainted. Cecilia and Miguel were very helpful and did everything to make me feel comfortable. Cecilia came with us to the ER to translate. When we got back I was up and running, rented a Kayak and went to the reef. Amazing underwater world they got. We cruised along a turtle for a while. Then headed back for a delicious meal cooked by Miguel. Oh, I didn’t mention we felt so safe that we slept with the back door wide open to the sound of crashing waves and sky full of stars.

This place is awesome! Bacano! It was a bit difficult to get here in our bicycles due to the rocky uphills and a section of the road that the river floods (we had to carry our bicycles across). It was raining and the water had flooded the floor of the palapa so we slept in the changing room which was dry and super clean. There’s also nice bathrooms and a sink! Amazing place to camp! A short walk up a trail and there are the hot springs which are a perfect temperature and quite large. Very natural hot springs. Just lovely

The name of this place is KAL PENSION.
Probably the best option to stay in town. Paid 400 birr for a single room witch easily fits two persons in a large bed. No English spoken, but quite and alright. En suite bathroom with western toilet.

Mostly primitive camping with three or four RV sites with electricity. No water but flush toilets and shower. Lovely location on the river. I had the place to myself during the week, but it was full and a bit noisy starting Friday. Nice hosts, very safe.

Great town spot. It's also nature because you are along the river and with a lot of grass space. Quiet at night except rare barking dogs. Don't bother and near a big park. Recommend.

Very secluded and quiet, would discourage big rigs to come here as trees along the way are low hanging branches. But good for 4x4 ! Our is 2.5m high and there only one spot for such a camper, rest are shaded spot but low roofs. Overall the place is quite rustic and might have known days with higher maintenance , however toilets and shower are very clean. Nice place for one or two nights , we paid 7000 CLP per person

Very nice chilled place with swimming pool. Parking inside for cars and motorbikes. There’s space for bigger vehicles inside also and they told me they put big rigs outside on the level grass. The owners are really nice people, really generous and helpful. They have double rooms for r500, dorms r200 per person or family room for r700.

Awesome State Park in the Florida Mountains. Came for a few nights but stayed for 5 nights. This place is absolutely beautiful, the restrooms and hot showers are very clean. The Park staff is always there to help you if you
need it. Don’t miss out on Spring Canyon and Lovers Leep.

Parking next to the road near the river is another parking for small car‘s. 5min away from nice river Onsen all the year open and for free swimsuits are outside ok. (Not in the house) Good Temperatur and clean there is a toilet near the Onsen

Shower and toilet are ok. Restaurant ok. Little parking space for large trucks. Nice view to the sea. The area of ​​the campsite is very dirty. Trash everywhere...

all the parking gets full, I had to park behind a short trailer, and there were people making spaces, so a big truck couldn't get through. ok test area near the highway, but the highway is quiet at night.

a gentle walk of about 20 min on a reasonable jungle path takes you past the populated pools near the park entrance up to the nice pool at the breath taking cascades. definitely worth the visit, plenty of water in early March
Entrance fee is the usual tourist rip off of 200B ... but the ticket is also valid for a visit to the Sai Rung Waterfall a bit North, if done on the same day .. which is definitely also worth a visit .. but a bit more difficult to get to

Super friendly family! 200 pesos per person. Great hot showers, very clean bathrooms. Tables and firepits. Wifi close to their house.
We had a perfect and quiet nights sleep! Very recommended! :)
