Target parking lot. No signs for no overnight parking. Store open until 11 pm. Stayed here one night, no problems and very quiet.

There is a Walmart close by, didn’t check to see if they allow overnight parking so unsure if that is also an option.

Very tasty and cheap meals. Nice, friendly atmosphere and a locals' place.

Needed some extra parts and had contact with them through Whatsapp. They responded fast and gave me several options in brands. Eventually they shipped everything from Almaty to Shymkent within a day with a bus. Very, very helpful!

Great place for overlanders, close to the beach. We parked our van in the hostels parking it's not fenced but felt safe. Showers, kitchen, toilets and the family that runs the place is amazing and super helpful and they speak English :) and of course it's also a diving school. The price 10.000 for the parking and 10.000 pp to use the facilities. We loved it.

Safe and clean hotel, most NGO staff is lodged there for security and quality reasons. Expensive! Double rooms start at 15000 N.
Big parking, big rigs no problem.

They rejected us for security concerns (no armed guard), spend the night camping in truck at police station. For those without camping possibility this is the safest place!

We were sent here by our hotel which refused to host us for security concerns. Camping in front of building no problem, we did not use any amenities, might be available. Friendly officers!

The position is good. We were not sure since it really is a company. We went inside the office and the receptionist was so nice. She showed us where to go, no worries! There seems to be water on the side but not sure about that as it seems to be for gardening. Anyways, surprising but useful dump!

great place! Lowe is very friendly and professional. we came with our Land Cruiser that was overheating, after two other mechanics in town told us that the head gasket is blown (8000 bwp). Lowe took our car to a test drive, checked everything and diagnosed the problem (we fixed by ourselves) asked only for a bottle of whiskey, that we were very happy to give him after the problem was solved.

One of our favorite places. We stayed a week.

Big garage which could accept our more than 3m hight. Excellent team, they checked everything that could be a trouble in our way. We had to wait 1 week for the spare parts (Citroën Jumper) but they could fix our clutch. They even gave us a phone number and we can call them at any time.

But we have try this one and it was ok.
They have rooms for 5 personnes so it's perfect for us with 3 children(around 80$)
Great rooms with view in the sea,private bathroom, lot of commun place to eat with hamacs on the last floor with nice view.
It's clean.
The owner is friendly.

If you want to eat good and big empenadas for 2 or 3 dollars it's a good place.
Little quiet restaurant far of the noisy places in the dowtown.
You can eat empenadas of cheese, shrimps, chicken, meat, and the great mixte of fish, octopossy and shrimps.
The price is between 2 and 3 dollars each.
And the beer is fresh....what else....

Behind Pemex in front of Costco. Large street leading to Costco’s receiving. Large, secure and fairly private. Access to bathrooms. We stayed several days with no problems.

This is the nicest spot we’ve seen in Namibia. Four beautiful camp sites spaced apart around a swimming pool with covered cabana. Private ablutions for each site. Very friendly owners and staff. We chose this camp due to it’s high elevation and it was nice and cool. We stayed four nights and hated to leave. Say hello to Chazade from us. N170 pppn.

Good spot for one night. We go up the hill in the 2nd turn. No noise of the road! Snow at night, and beautiful view on the lake. No need 4x4.

No smell during 2 cold nights in early November. Quite a few other campers there but lots of spots available and it's a great place to stay when visiting White Sands. You'll probably hear aircraft noise from the AFB next door - I loved it!

Nice road. At the moment they’re working on wider bridges on the 22 km of moderate to good gravel road. Soon (in 1 or 2 years?) the whole stretch will be asphalt road.

Reached this place with a 4x4 in a one day drive along the railroad from nouadhibou. Trail quite difficult but doable. Great spot behind a rock where you can climb on. You can look 360 and won’t see anything human. Incredible.

Good place to get a tire fixed. We had a puncture in our big Unimog tire which was fixed for 250N$ in a professional manner in under one hour. Can recommend this place.

we asked inside the store & they said overnight parking is allowed. stayed with a couple of other campers.

Official free campground in the desert about 2.5km away from the main road. The track is rough but if you drive carefully ok with 2wd. Features fire pits, but nothing else.
If you follow the foot path marked with Stones you get to a beautiful viewpoint of the valley after 15 min.

Better views and more safe than Presidio so we spent two nights here and there seems to always be enough space for everyone if arriving before 10pm and the police patrolls the lot but no issues with them. The first night a night marathon had a relay point right next to our camper with people screaming to boost the spirit of runners from 2am til 8am. The 2nd night was quiet. Gents' toilets were far from clean.

25$ for a day, and 30$ for day + overnight until noon.

Free parking lot in front of the Stratosphere. You have to walk a bit or take the bus to get to most of the casinos. You can use the toilets and WiFi in the Stratosphere.
