The most delicious tacos I’ve ever had. Try the birria tacos and al pastor. They make their own corn tortillas. The stand is right before the Pemex is you’re heading south. |

The park closes at 10pm, but locals stay over night. Try and move your rig a little bit each day, rangers will occasionally mark tires and for “large” vehicles if you get a ticket the fine is $112.50USD |

Awesome hard packed beach camping. Really flat surprisingly and we didn’t have an issue sinking at all. The morning sunrise was absolutely amazing. The sheriff even came down this morning and parked and didn’t say anything to us. Porta potty and trash bins on your way in. LTE Verizon worked great. |

1400 for a matrimonial or twin room without breakfast. 1800 with breakfast. Breakfast is cereals, milk, yoghurt, coffee, toasted bread, butter and jam. They allowed us to park our bikes right next to the window of the room. Parking has no gate but it felt safe. Bed was comfy in room 12 however the first one we were shown looked worn and bowed in the middle. Shower was hot. Sink water has hot and cold, gas heater in the room. WiFi was average and only just reached our room. We needed to stay longer so we moved to Dormis Lo de Betty down the street which was much cheaper and better value. |

One of our most beautiful spots in Zambia. Everything is very clean and well kept, there are several grass pitches with a lot of shadow under big trees all have electricity and BBQ areas. A place to relax and feel good. It is with 25 dollars per person but one of the most expensive at all. Gate for larger vehicles is about 3.4m |

Small cabanas that will hold up to 4 people. We paid 1000 total per night for 2 people. Now cash only. Much better value than Hotel Roca. A couple of other places quoted 1700+ a night for a room or cabana so this was good to find. The shower is hot once you let it warm up (5 min or so, right hand tap in our case) gas heater in the room, comfy bed, kitchen including BBQ area in the communal area across the yard. WiFi router is in cabin 10 on the other side (I think the manager lives here - no number on the door) and did not reach our cabin (5) but we could get a little bit of signal sitting in the kitchen area next to the window. WiFi at Axion / Puma fuel station was better. Lovely owner.

It is perhaps with Al Bosque near Medellín, Waira in the Laguna de la Cocha near Pasto, it is one of the best Ioverlander sites. Don Hernando is very friendly, the place is large, water abundant and super hot, fireplace in the restaurant, in short, highly recommended. The fare is COP $ 30,000 per vehicle, it went up a bit, but it is a very fair price for the quality of the place. Highly recommended |

Super nice, comfy place. Surf lessons and super nice staff. Great location and near (500 meters) to Popoyo surf break. You can have breakfast made for you ($4) and lunch ($5). Good Italian restaurant 3 lots down or they have a kitchen you can cook yourself. Stunning beaches, no crowds. |
