Nice place, very quiet and peaceful, even on labor day weekend. Hard for us to find a level spot. No water at all, and everything is brown and crunchy at this time. Watch for wasps at the bathroom. Bathroom was clean and open. Good cell service for all 3 carriers. Didn't see any cows or wildlife but heard coyotes at night.

Came to stay here the night, but at 10:30pm a Park Ranger pulled up. Asked for my ID and told me it was a paid site, $12. Told him I didn’t realize it was a paid site. He said if I stayed and didn’t pay an arrest warrant would be put out for “stealing services”. He let me leave, I’m now at the Love’s Truck Stop.

They are stupid. RVs only no roof top tent on a Jeep. I don’t know what the difference is… the woman said: “ we are an RV resort not a campground.” Well… screw you and your RV Resort!!

This Walmart is part of a small mall and as such does not have it's own parking lot. The manager said they had no issues with overnight parking, however we need authority from the mall property managers... theybwere no where to be found. No other rigs in the lot, so we left.

$66.00 per night (full hookup), after a Good Sam discount and minus the reservation fee (as we just turned up). Well-maintained grounds. Friendly and helpful staff. Immaculately clean washroom, showers and laundry room. On the negative side, the sites are crowded - we could look into the rigs on either side of us, and hear them clearly. We managed to pick up decent wifi (parked close to the router) but if you want more wifi, you must pay per device. You must also pay for showers. The worst thing is the traffic noise which is loud and constant all night. Access from the highway is tricky so watch the highway signs carefully. Some beautiful trees provide shade.

Lakeside campground. Has lots of tent space and RV spots with water and electric. A few sheltered picnic tables scattered around. $5 for tents, $15 for RVs. Looks like swimming available.

This is a family run restaurant-hotel with a pool and a big green area. Camping is 40,000 and a private room is 60,000 (for two people). We were a bit hesitant to go down the steep little road that takes you from the main road to the entrance of the hotel (biking down takes 1 minute, very quick). Once we got down we were kindly welcomed, saw the room and decided to stay.

We are on bikes and this was a perfect place to rest before the big climb to Jericó the next morning. La porra was great! Simple and affordable - very comfy. Bikes fitted perfectly in our room, we had a fan, a tv, two beds and a private bathroom. The pool is dead during the week so veryyyyy quiet night of rest :)

Food: the restaurant has a lot of food during the weekend but during the weekdays the cook is out so they order food from another place down the main road (Martinata Restaurant) and a motorcycle will bring it to you. The place is called Martinata is literally 5min walking (slow) down the main road. I wrote a small review for that place too, it was great food!

The turn off hwy3 is just west of the turn for the American border. The road down is quite lumpy. Wouldn’t take a low car down it easily. Large lot, somewhat flat. You could fit several rigs easily. It’s on the Trans Canada Trail so great access for biking and walking. It’s above the river with spectacular views of the gorge on both sides of the trestle that spans the river.

Stayed here the night of 9/6/21. Nice parking lot that is pretty flat. About 7 other vans and truck campers there when we stayed. No issues over night. Nice and quiet. Pit toilet very clean. 2-3 bars of Xfinity mobile and t-mobile

Best camping spot I've stayed at. Long dirt road down to the lighthouse. But enough space for many larger rigs, we are 50ft long and had no issues. Stayed right by the cliff and the views were breathtaking!

As described, clean well kept park. They speak English and Spanish. $500 pesos for full hook ups. We took advantage of the level clean hounds and speedy WiFi. Higher fee than what we have been paying but still very worth it. We will stay here again in a few days. They do still offer al acarte options for those passing through.

You must reserve a site online (recreation.gov) or by calling 877-444-6777. We showed up without a reservation and the camp host was rather surly about it. There is minimal cell phone service on ATT so we had to drive a few minutes up the road. We were able to book a same day site without any problems because the campground was dead. It appears all sites are dry and cost $22. All sites have obstructed view of the lake due to trees. Potable water, dish washing sinks, dump, garbage, and free hot showers available. Small swim beach and boat ramp also.

Many RV parks will not allow you to wash clothes after Burning Man due to the alkaline dust and they recommend this facility. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

this is a narrow, somewhat steep, dirt road into the mountains out of town. there are some parking lots and pulloffs for car camping or tent camping. this location is under a powerline, but there is another better large parking lot/trailhead 5 minutes uphill. moderate cell reception all over mountain. road is flat and not washed out or rocky and does not require four-wheel drive, but would be difficult to climb under snowy or muddy conditions due to grade.
