beautiful place to camp, I couldn't hear the highway, but we did arrive on a Wednesday around 8pm so it was pretty quiet. There were 4-5 other SUVs/Trucks but they all left in the morning due to a bear roaming around and it actually took out one of the tents close to us. And tried to get into another campers tent while they were in it.

Please store your food properly or use their food lockers that is available! Enjoy and Be Safe!

Beautiful walk, 20-30 min. Very calm, the 500 ARS entrance fee pp is well worth it.

Beautiful place with tables and toilets (basic ones). Some spots have fire pits. I had a really good sleep and felt safe.

Awesome Chinese supermarket with a massive range of stuff. They have loads of tofu, seitan and other veggie things that can be hard to get. Really reasonable price. Also a huge fresh fish counter and a great spice selection.

Place is great. Couple other campers stayed here. Great views. Quiet. Would definitely recommend.

This is the parking lot BEFORE the official parking lot for the pyramid. The location is right. The pink walls are a distinctive feature. We parked here for 200 pesos a night and it was really great! The family is very nice. We can totally recommend it. It's really only a few minutes to the pyramid and you can get to Puebla very easily with UBER. It was also possible to get there with an expedition vehicle without any problems.

Esso Station, around the north side of the building. Kind of awkward for a gravity dump because it sticks about 12-18 inches out of the ground, but it works. There is a water tap, I did not use it. I did not enter the station, so for now I still assume it is free as there is no signage.

We had an amazing stay at this campsite! The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food we ordered was absolutely delicious. The shower heads provided a great experience and the whole camp was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The private ablution facilities were a fantastic touch, offering both comfort and privacy. Highly recommend!l

Please do not stay here. There are several signs stating you will be towed.

Was told by a couple of other different vets that this (Dr. Faran) is one of the best vets in the country. Speaks perfect English as well. Reasonably priced. Does not do health certificates.

We stayed for 1 night as we were on our way to Olympic National Park. The place is organized, clean, safe and quiet. It has several spaces with water and energy and to use these spaces you need to go to the casino to register a player card and then go to the shopping counter to pay for the night. Each night costs $15.00.

An amazing little 12 site campground in Narrow Hills Provincial Park. Can be reserved and paid for online, but note that if you do FCFS or have to pay in person, you have to go to the park office which is several kms away at Upper Fishing Lake. Sites here are huge and quite private. Super quiet, awesome people, free firewood. There are other small campgrounds in the area as well as the main one at Upper Fishing Lake which has electricity and other services. $18/night - pit toilets, no power, no showers, no sani dump.

Worth a visit, cool history to see in person. Family fun

Really nice stay! Just perfect if you look a place near cochabamba. Safe, clean, hot water, you can use the kitchen for free now. There is wifi but didnt work very well when we were there. We even saw the caves, amazing to sleep there!

The owner of this property is in the process of opening a hostel here, pretty cool. She’s letting travelers stay this summer in the parking lot and pitch tents in the yard because the inside isn’t open yet. There is usually something fun going on around the bonfire like a party or cornhole. Really nice common spaces and bathrooms and I think it’s only $10 a night. It can’t get better than this for the budget travel community around here tbh.

A small museum focused on the meteors that fell on this region in 2000ac. 6 big meteors (including the second largest in the world) are display, plus a large collection of smaller ones.

Also, it's a beautiful land with a small obs tower, camping space, tables and BBQ, and lovely dogs.
Entrance is from route 89 coming from Gancedo. Short ripio road. Ignore other recommendations by Google maps.

$45Full service pull thru and $35 water/electric pull thru sites. Small. No fire pit. Picnic tables seem to be on the wrong side. There is a dump station. Showers. WiFi but it doesn’t work well. 2 bars Verizon. In town. I stayed 4 nights so I could have a/c. I think most live here but I could be wrong
