No need to add a new pin just to state that this road continues on for at least 30-40 miles with many spots along the way. We got around 20 miles in with a 6 ton truck camper until a snow drift stopped us (in May)... a great road to explore... nice overlook down steep canyon about 10 miles in...

Great for a quick over night... got her at 9:30 pm, right behind the "old clubhouse" no issues.

There are several spots in front of a swimmable area that are clearly marked no campers or camping, but continue past those and there are spots w no signs at all, beautiful views, and a cold and refreshing swim!

Nice Place close to the dam. There are many places also with firepits.

This is quite possibly one of the most beautiful spots in this area. Wide open space super clean please keep it that way and tons of grass with plenty of water options available. No cell service or facilities but who’s care it’s epic!

The dumping station is currently not available.

Love this rest stop. Basic, but great view and pretty quiet at night. Usually only a few cars overnight.

Nomad insurance is located in office 9. An insurance contract can be closed within 30 minutes to reasonable prices. (2 months for a T3 Syncro van was 21'400 KZT, 3 months 26'800 KZT). Bring Passport, drivers license and car papers. Don't take for a coffee or tea if offered, instead go afterwards to the nearby Traveler's Coffee :-)

We shipped from here back to Italy.

The company was very professional and of the 8 different companies I contacted for quotes, these guys were the most honest from the beginning.

Cost for 40’ container with 2 vehicles was ~€2500. This did not include unload, customs, etc on the Italian side.

Ocean freight rates change ALOT so this is just to give a rough idea of price.

Grand parking donnant sur un grand parc. Possibilité d’aller jusqu’au traversier pour le vieux Québec à pied. Relativement calme. Aucune facilités accessibles à cause du COVID-19. Parc et parking très fréquentés par les locaux.

Great little food truck serving great fish and chips along with lots of other options including paua. Opposite the old Tavern. We stopped at lunchtime and there was a constant flow of customers.

Not bad spot. Lots of sites. Near highway but not too much traffic. Easily accessible.

We were here at this wonderful place for 3 nights. Nobody bothered us. The police came in the morning after the 3rd night and said, camping is not allowed at this place, because it is inside of a landscape protection area. Parking yes, camping no.

Huge spot with room for at least 4 vans. Crude fire ring and fairly close to the river. Someone carved chairs out of two fallen trees. It is down a very tight dirt road, but my Dodge Ram e3500 fit with minimal scratches. Some low hanging trees for taller rigs to watch for. Not recommended for an RV, trailer, Dolphin, etc... it’s just too narrow. There are other spots nearby but they were taken. Absolutely 0 cell signal.

Super quiet spot, tons of room. Several places to park up near here also, even more spots available with 4wd.

Came here after the Walmart closer to the interstate had no-RV/truck signs. Wasn't bothered all night. Parked in the Sam's side of the lot.

Easy and relaxing easygoing cheap camping

Stayed here amongst a handful of sites just east of the Long Canyon Overlook. Good views of the Circle Cliffs and east towards the Waterpocket Fold and Henry Mountains. Access to the site we were in required driving a pretty slanted hill, which might be tricky for a Sprinter Van or similar vehicle. However there are also sites suitable for bigger vehicles. Very little traffic on the Burr Trail Road overnight. No Verizon LTE service.

hot and clean, but amenities are a bit old.

Fairly large rest area along side a creek with lots of picnic tables, flush toilets, no signs that say no overnight. Would be a good spot for a night

Really nice spot! Stayed there for 3 nights. We didn't find the sinkhole either but took a long walk direction Namibian border - beautiful hike.

Thanks a lot for having us during the covid quarantine en Colombia. We stayed there two months and a half and we loved the place: a very big garden, kitchen and hot showers, sofas to chill and very warm vibes!

Excellent free spot to stop for the night.

Very very local restaurant with cheap prices. I loved bread with meat mix together. It’s bit hidden

Great wild camping, not far off the road but in the trees, quad trails fairly close by.

Great spot at the top of dalton wash road. Easy to get to in a Prius, just pick your line right. Gnats were miserable in the morning, otherwise an amazing spot! Bring firewood
