allegedexistence41 | Super sweet spot. We easily made it here in our F150. Prob not the best for a regular car. Definitely narrow with patches of bushes rubbing against us but nothing major. Gorgeous views and so quiet. Worth the bushwhack as the more accessible sites closer to the road were all full. |

georg.berrisch | Flat grassy area next to the X-13 between La Junta and Lago Verde. Suitable for all kind of rigs and tents. This is one of the very few spots along this road suitable for overnighting because most is either dense forrest or fenced off private land. Several locals and the Carabinieri passed by in the evening and morning. Very quiet at night. Beautiful views of the Milky Way. |

supposedspade40 | Kind of confusing as to which pump to use. There is a sign at the red that says drinking water, while the blue says dump flush only…and the blue is next to the dump.. I used the red. |

_roadtales | Good place if you need sth on the way south or north. Very clean toilets abd hot shower all free. Security guard 24h. The only problem is that it is loud as trucks come and go all night and the highway is busy all night. |

confusedrunner60 | Stayed here on the way down to Panama and on the way back up. Nice, clean, safe and the beach is so relaxing. Many camp/RV spots and also have cabanas available. Wonderful family. Contact NoA at +52 667 102 0617 prior to arrival, he speaks English very well. This will be a must come to place any time we are anywhere near this part of Mexico. |

albatros-on-tour.de | We spent a very quiet night at Killa Wasi. Victor welcomed us very friendly and showed us everything. Good shower. As mentioned by others, the access road is narrow Nd the entrance gate has a limit in heights. We made it without issues in our Unimog (2.35m wide, 7.35m long and 3.56m high). The only disadvantage for us was, that he only has 110V. Seems we were a bit ignorant (didn’t know that Ecuador is on 110V) and lucky so far that the places we stopped at in Ecuador had 220V. We’d probably stayed longer but wanted to visit the Thursday market in Guamote. So had to leave.

Delica_girl | The end of the "road". Ok for camping, but plenty of people, police patrol on the channel. As stated, wide beach with plenty of room. The road along the channel is not overly nice, not scenic and lots of biting flies. The beach a little further north is much nicer. |
