randomly came across this unusual structure, the temple itself is not overly interesting, but there is an old lady that used to have a G.I. boyfriend. her English is limited but she is really lovely and will most likely approach you once spotted. she is taking care of the temple since many years so she will probably be around. they also take care of two young orphans there, that's the main reason mentioning this place, good people, if you're passing through say hello, maybe bring some gift or put some money in the donation box...

Clean hostel with dorm style rooms (we had a room to ourselves but not sure if this is always the case), clean western toilet and shower. The best part is the hosts. They speak perfect English and both used to work at the information centre. They are very knowledgeable about the area including Afghanistan. Great location. There would be room in their yard for bikes. They let us park our car inside the owners gated yard next door. Highly recommended. $13 pnpp with breakfast

A quiet spot to stay one night close to the lake. There is a playground next to the spot with music. Music stop in the evening but dogs start barking.
In the morning Sheppards and sheeps come at this spot.
One drawback of the spot. Rubbish lays on the floor.

Fantastic quality community run hotel, started with an investment grant 15 years ago, this places is a little oasis in the desert. We only stopped for lunch as thought the hotel would be out of our budget, but Jamie kindly offered us a great rate, including 3 course lunch, dinner and breakfast. There was hot water, soap and slightly chilly rooms. No WiFi, but a very high standard facility by Bolivian standards. All profits return to the community.

Amazing place. Nice colder and dryer weather than San Jose and the coast. Good wifi, clean and pure water, clean toilets, level ground, many friendly dogs, awesome mtb trails, hiking, grass, nice views of the city, .. The Owner Arturo speaks english and is very friendly and helpful. Playgrounds for kids and tables under a roof with electricity to relax and have a bbq. Spot to handwash clothes. Big rig friendly. Highly recommended!

Nice big spot for any size rv and tent. Firepit dry toilet no water, close to lake. Very nice and quiet.

Nice Camping place with little roofs for shade and rain cover. Has Toilets and cold shower, but sometimes they are locked for some reasons. Place is direct infront of the ocean. We stayed one night and paid 7000c for 2p and a car with rooftop tent.
You can see many aras and really big lizards are in the trees.

Beautifull view, even raining. The gravel road is ok and no need of 4x4.

There is forest service campground here minimal services and cost around $10. There is also ample space for wild camping ( I putting the coordinates to the wild camping)

the coordinates in the map points to a closed area . tried also near the smith rock park and every where signs day use only prohibiting RV, no van, no sleeping in vehicles. there is only a small tent only walk in campground.

we went to skull hollow. 8 mile road . 10 minutes. added it to the app

24/7 Tim Hortons. Friendly staff. Access to flush toilets. Asked the staff to park one night. No large trailers, no tent camping.

Stayed there after driving for multiple hours in the dark. Arrived around 1am. Need to leave by 7am as people walk their dogs through the park and came around 715-730am.

cozy hostel in Bukhara just few minutes walk from the center.
room comfortable and nice common area.
there's room to park motorcycles or bicycles, cars can be park outside but is still a safe road and neighborhood.
overall recommended

super big spot, well hidden from the road. super quiet. the position is the entrance.

The camping area is very private and has a lot of space. We paid 180N$ p.P.
You can use the facilities of main building, which includes a nice clean swimming pool. We did the 4 hour hike up to the Zipfelmountain. It is a rough terrain and were glad that we had our mountain boots on.
The start is at a waterhole, where you can encounter a lot of Antlopes, birds and butterflies.
The owners are very kind and helpful.

Huge dirt lot away from the city. A police officer told us to come here, overnight parking/camping is allowed. Some people came here to shoot guns or ride their 4x4, but otherwise it was very quiet.

You can fix the bike here and there is camping side also welding is possible also Owner cooks perfect italian pizza

We took a 5 hour boat ride along the Kaw river for €40 per person and stopped at the small village of Kaw for lunch (included with the price) and check the visitor center. We saw several different birds, capybaras and caiman.

The Chappa (Taxi boat) costs 70 mts per person and there's no bag fee. Time to Ibo is different everyday, depends on the tide.

Pump is located at the side of the building.

Campground with hook ups, looks new. 15 spots by the park.

No nice space!! Not to recommend.The space is very much loudly, darkly, no water look.

Burgers and poutine with local products. Nice and really good!
Fish and chips are a must.
