Right next to the beach, maybe a 5 minute walk to the shore. Just regular street parking. Check the signs, there are meters but after 6pm you are fine to park for free, have to pay for parking again in the morning if you stay later. Right next to nicer beach homes. Can be noisy because of people walking around beach area. Good for a night if you can’t find anywhere else.

Noisy. Right by highway, a factory and railroad tracks. I came because it was time for a shower. Shower was not the cleanest but for the price I guess I can't complain too much.

Parking along railing next to park. Park closes at 11pm, but you’d be on the street. Nice views of islands and marina.

Quite and new Guesthouse a bit away from the noisy Center. Garden and a parking lot for two vehicles. Wifi, washing machine, kitchen, hot water included. The owner has a restaurant and can bring the food also to the Guesthouse.

You can negotiate a price with Lucio to store your vehicule at his campground.

I left my motorcycle here for 6 months and the cost to store it was 300Soles for that period.

Now Nearly 6 months later, I am picking my bike up and it is just as I left it, nothing damaged or missing.

As far as I know, he cannot/does not suspend TIPs. My bike has a 6month TIP so I did not need to suspend.

Good affordable option to store your bikes.

Make sure to bring a tarp because sand has a way of getting everywhere.

I would store a bike here again without hesitation.

If taking the first AM ferry, you can park for free overnight in the ferry parking lot. Arrive the night before just as the last ferry leaves. They left the bathroom open for us as well as a pedestrian gate so we could go into the city.

I had a pleasant experience, visited the oldest mosque of Ghana with Ahmed, a friendly guide of the village, though I cannot enter inside being a non-muslim. The fee is still 10 cedis plus a optional donation to the village

Quiet place near the town center. Toilet building could use serious maintenance but is clean. An old man is selling carpets on and asks for clothes behalf of the poot people in the mountains. If you don’t want to buy, simply don’t.

Unreal place to stop for the night or two. It was a little expensive for us and our budget initially but the place is cleaned top to bottom everyday, the staff are amazing and it’s a very nice place to be so definitely worth it in the end

Awesome museum and vincuña reserve. Incredible staff with a super informative presentation, all in Spanish. We saw a baby vincuña and even got spit on by one! Didn't stay here but they said no problem if we wanted to. Definitely worth a stop!

Beautiful spot right at a small river. You can swim in the water and there is lots of wood for a camp fire. Some cows are passing by and you might spot some rare birds like we did. (Pelicans, cranes)

This is a public campground for €4 per vehicle and night. Electricity and water is available at some extra cost (€ coins). The ground is a parking spot out of town close to the 'former border' museum of Schifflersgrund. Museum is definetly worth the visit.

At 2,500m altitude, good spot to stay a night to allow your body to get used to the altitude before going to the national park at 4000m. Only problem no level ground, but it's not too bad.

This is a boat launch on the side of the highway. Could be lots of traffic noise but it’s early right now so could diminish as it gets later in the evening. There are picnic tables and slight pull off areas on grass or dirt. There are no ‘no camping’ signs.

along the Shiraz-Esfahan highway: take the well graded dirt road for about 300m and then turn left into another smaller dirt road.
Great views towards the surrounding hills.
Here you are shielded from the noise from the main road, so absolutely quiet at night.
In the evening, we saw a couple of pickups driving towards the highway and in the morning one paid us a brief, friendly visit.

Although the place might be very convenient, do not count on staying here! We were sent away on the reason Hotel Abbasi needs the space for tour buses.
