Very nice for us. Good wifi, shade/sheltered table, smal playground (new trampoline). We could use their washing machine, lend some tools, and put something in their freezer.

Follow the track opposite mirador grey and it’s up on your right. At first I thought it was all thorny and windy until I found the exact GPS spot and it is indeed perfect! Flat with a view of Lago del Toro. I haven’t seen any easily accessible water so fill up before you stop here. Cyclists might like to know that this section of road is tarmac!

Nice entrance, but campground without any beauty. Showers either boiling or cold or no water. Longstay french people, boule field, you can refill and paint your carbody.

Weird camping. The spots were ok, we stayed for one night only. Very old and not maintained bathrooms, at least the water was hot. A noise area near the road and a fish factory on the other side. Overall, Puerto Montt did not offer many options for camping.

Une seule toilette bien propre mais sans douche à la salle communautaire. Il faut se rendre à la piscine aux tortues pour avoir les douches. Laissez couler longtemps pour obtenir l'eau chaude.

Great Mirador, very well maintained. The camping area for cars is not so good.

This is actually a hostel, with the option of parking and camping for free. We stayed in one room and it didn’t disappoint, they turned the wood heater for the room at night, restaurant was good. Pet friendly.

For overlanders who are looking for a trustfull storage of their vehicle.
There are outside areas withor without shade or under a shelter.

The owner of this place has a big area with fence, security 24 hours, in Arusha.

Beside that he has a pick up/ drop off service to Arusha Airport.
And he has his own garage for his safari cars and can help if needed!

We have park our car here for a few months and we are very happy. They are extremely hospitable, interested and the owner has a passion for cars and repairing them!

The camp site is on top of a pass towards a tiny little village which is not indicated by road signs or on the map. Getting there, take the gravel road to the north east (left) 5,9km after AL Ghubayrah driving south into the wadi. Just continue on this road for several km. Until you reach the top. Stunning views over the entire wadi. Silence all over. In the morning a local farmer of the tiny village brought us fresh fruits and invited us to come to his village for Omani coffee. This is an opportunity to see unspoiled Oman. We loved it very much.

Each campsite has it own deisgnated area with its own water tap and bbq which was nice. Our campsite was under a beautiful large tree which gave loads of shade. The abolutions were clean with great showers and maybe only a few min walk from our campsite.

In the morning we drove around the reserve and saw a large group of rhinos, zebras and a few warthogs.

Lovely stop over for a night.

Very nice camping spots by the creek, on the way from Capilla Del Monte to the estancia Santa Catalina. Quiet and relaxing, and it's free! The hamlet is cute and the camping spots are clean. They charge 100 pesos during the day to use the washrooms, which are closed at night, but there is no charge to camp. A perfect place to relax.

Great spot! Quiet, great view of Fuji. No no signs, lots of photographers at the beach but cleared out after 8-9pm. Level, hard packed sand. Wonderful sunrise in the morning.

we stayed 2 nights because the location was so convenient. its across the street from this GPS coord so look at that location for directions as it's a little hard to get to if using Google maps it will route you on undrivable streets. very nice people. fairly quiet for a in town park. spots are close but it wasn't so full that it was a problem. lots of dogs from town amd guest. we parked and walked to laundry, meals and stores and are stocked up. wifi was very slow likely to too many users abusing it. dirt parking lot is messy and hard to keep your feet clean but that and wifi were only dislikes.

Sadly we didn’t get it.

We get the tip to ask here for pan.
The woman in the little bar/restaurant sells pan. Was really fresh and good price when we bought it at the evening. 1500clp/kg.
No sign. Just ask in the bar.

We wanted to go to the place near, but there where locals grilling with loud music. So we went to the beach and found this quite place in the dunes. It’s a little bit protected against the wind. There are many more places like this at this beach. Not possible with big rigs.
We saw many Pinguins and dolphins at this place.
PRMB is a magical and quiet place.

PRMB is a magical and quiet place. Al around the town are nature reservations so it is super green and the landscape is imposante. The beaches are free of trash and people.
Was for us the perfect place to rest some days, slow down and take long walks at the beach. So think twice before passing the road.

Lovely place. Tapas with drinks -they where delicious. The people who run and serve are extremely kind and generous. At the bar they speak Spanish, English, Italian and a little of everything else.

Sang my daughter happy birthday (as the first time we went in it was her) and it made the night.

Nice, clean beach with fire pits. No one bothered us but did have some heavy traffic going past all night. Oh, and a lady in her van driving in and out of the park and playing the bongo drums till late at night. Otherwise, solid place to sleep for the night.
