We paid 45 bol in dorm. Very fresh night, the blankets weren't enough for us! You have to pay an extra deposit to cook, go to the reception for every utensil. Too bad! Breakfast, wifi, hot water. Place in the courtyard to lay the bicycles.

From the main road, turn and past the entrance abandoned ( like parc or resort ) follows the road ( volcanic sand ) and the 2 first road on the left bring you close to the river. Not the best, but quiet and see views of both volcano ! No grass for tents.

Into the Forest, you pay 5000p/p for like wild camping, they close the doors at 6:00pm and you have to cross river ( without shoes ) ok if you haven’t reservation, better chose “vista hermosa” or “junta”. “Tarwen” expensive also for what is it !

Very nice stay. The description much as other posts. It was a breeze. They wanted $8 per person we offered $5 pppn all excepted. The staff was great. This is the better camp in out of season in Cape Mcclear. Clean and maintained well. Lot of protection if rainy in the park. Stayed 2 nights.

Quaint campground (and rooms) with electric, clean bathrooms and cold showers. Beach access, friendly and extremely helpful family runs it. We had room for our 17 foot trailer and enjoyed the stay. Pet friendly as well.

$100 peso per person, per night with electricity.

Pebbly Beach campground sits by a small bay north of Station Creek Beach. Getting to this remote campground is as much an adventure as staying there – you’ll need to drive along the beach and cross a saltwater estuary at low tide.
Once you’re there, the fun really begins. Settle into a spacious campsite, just metres from the she-oak lined shore, then start exploring. You’ll find great walking tracks in the area, and the nearby headlands are excellent for whale watching.

Number of campsites - 60

Camping type - Tent, Camper trailer site, Caravan site, Camping beside my vehicle
Facilities - Toilets

Please note-

This campground is not suitable for large caravans. You can bring small caravans and trailers if towed by high clearance 4WDs.

Free firewood is available at the Station Creek turnoff.

Price-

$12 per adult per night.
$6 per child per night. Child rates apply for children aged 5-15 years only. Children under 5 years are free of charge.

Please note that during NSW & QLD school holidays and long weekends a minimum camping fee of $24 per site per night applies.

Entry fees
Vehicle entry fees are not included in your accommodation or camping fees.

Bookings-
Bookings are not available.
The campground operates on a first in-first served basis so it’s a good idea to arrive early in the day, particularly during summer.

Also doable in the rainy season! We went up when it was dry but at the top it started pouring! So the way down was a bit more exciting, some muddy sections but it’s mainly stones/sand and we managed just fine (in a 4x4).

Atm in a small class cabin right next to the tourist info. You can get money with your visa (which was not possible for us at all banco estados earlier).
However it costs 4700 Peso for all amounts we tried.

We found this place next to the río Blanco. The river is very beautiful and the owners invited us to come closer the river.
They told us that they are settling up a campground here and are probably finished by end of 2019. Right now there were no facilities but I am sure that if you have a motor home you can already stay. The owners José Luis and his dad are very friendly.
Even if you don't want to camp it is worth a visit to come close the river.

Feel free to contact José Luis for any questions 990168551

Very pretty place to spend the night. Very windy the night we were there. road out to the point was one of the easiest dirt roads we have done in Baja. When you arrive, a security guy will come to tell you that it's ok to sleep here. He told us they were watching the coast for pirates. He did not appear to be joking.

Pretty private spot with beautiful views. Its a bit trashy though, looks like people had been dumping trash here for a while. The views made us stay the night but after the rain the stench made us leave. Unfortunate...

Basic but clean hotel. Rooms big enough to take bicycles into them and they were happy with that (it is upstairs though). 20,000 for room with double bed, with shared bathroom. Shower was fairly terrible (probably better if you shower earlier in the day as the hot water seems to run out), also didn’t have shower head. Can’t complain though, WiFi worked well and it’s close to big Tiger supermarket. Bit noisy from 6am but quiet enough during day and night. You have to ring the bell to get in or out!
