Wildcamp on a lonely forest Road.. Some fields and farmers in the distance, the owner of the lands nearby past on his bike, but it was no problem to rest here. Nobody else bothered us, very quiet night

Resort with 10 wooden cabins and 10 suite. Costs: Cabin = 80 $ with Breakfast, lunch and Dinner, suite = 135 $ with Food. We parked for 10$ per person per night in front of the Red Sea. We could use toilette and shower. Snorkling Equipment is available to hire. Very calm, relax, no persons only you.

Tried again after the holidays but it is no longer allowed to enter the lower part of the park. As I understand, 4 months ago a tourist (not sure foreign or local) caused a fire and since no more camping 😕

Only place to park is the top parking, next to the amusement-park 😵

As described. Plenty of space to camp. Unfortunately not the cleanest of places as there is garbage around (even though there are garbage cans). Bathrooms still locked, assume they open later in the year. Few stray dogs around as well, very friendly.

very nice place to camp, not visible from the road, even there is not much traffic on this road, very quiet, no houses and no barking dogs, no trash

Spectacular camping location if somewhat hard to check in. Persevere tough as the campground and nearby Black Marlin Restaurant is best if visiting the Cape.

We would not recommend this tour. Too many visitors even in April, the english speaking guide was "ill" so someone gave us only short instructions and there was no concept at all in the tour.

We could not find the other location on overlander so we stayed here. You drive up a dirt track of about 100 meters. It might be hard to reach with 2wd when it rains but with our VW T4 it was doable. There are multiple places next to the seemingly abandoned road. We camped next to a water source which tasted amazing. Came straight from the mountain and is much better than most of Turkeys bottled water. There was some trash of previous visitors along with a campfire.

Hotel and hostel in a nice neighborhood. Close to Levy Mall with fast food options, close to the bus station from South Luangwa. Male and female dorms for 80 Kwacha, private rooms starting from 240 Kwacha. Cheapest hostel we could find. Free WiFi that works! Bar area with TV. Reasonably priced menu. Clean.

My first African safari. Amazing experience. We saw leopard, wild dogs, giraffe, zebra, hippo, elephant, hyena, and many more birds and small animals.
Marula Lodge was great and affordable. $60 per night for the dorm package including accommodation, meals, and safaris. Can't beat it. Or $10 for just accommodation and a kitchen you can use yourself. But their guides are great on the game drives.

Great little guest house. 5000rwf for a double room with western toilet and running water.

Bikes were allowed to be kept in the room and they were happy for us to cook dinner / coffee on the grass outside the rooms.

Modern next door was very pleasant with cold beer and food.

Auto electrical workshop - friendly and helpful, went back several times for them to doublecheck my wiring and they were happy to oblige despite always seeming busy, repeatedly refusing any payment. Helps a lot if you speak some Spanish!

Small place on the main road and no external sign so you need to watch closely for it.

There is a roadside pullout with amazing views of Laguna Lorichocha to one side and Laguna Taulicocha on your other side. Right next to a driveway down to a persons house. Enough room for one Sprinter sized van without blocking the driveway. Could fit two vehicles if you block the drive way (I don’t think they have a car so wouldn’t be an issue). They said it was no problem to sleep here. Absolutely beautiful but granted it’s right off the highway. Road here from Cauri was great, did the drive during rainy season (first half has the small littered potholes but second half is smooth sailing). Very windy at night.

One of the best hostel we have been so far. Super chill, no super crowded, mix of locals and travelers. You can either park your van in the parking lot, sleep in a tent, in old westfalia, dorm or private room. Price is 5$/pp for all accommodations except for the westfalia and the private room. Kitchen available, yoga session, surf lessons, tours and boards to rent.
The owner Mateo is super chill and very kind.
I really recommend that place

The place looked really nice, but it was closed for the season (big locked gate). I would guess this campground opens May long weekend.

Rubbish compared to other places is not too much. Beach is very clean and beautiful, you can drive directly at the beach, so you dont see the rubbish. Small walks and you can see the Mangroves and both rivers deltas which go up and doen with the tide. Also the way to the Punto Biombo is quite spectacular. Some locals here, but they bring fish and want water or just a small talk. I like it. Good place for 1 or 2 nights stay.

Juan Carlos is one of the nicest persons we ever met. We first camped a little bit north outside the town but than some strange young men were showing up. Juan Carlos gave us the feeling of being home. We had a good time with four other travellers, made music, ate, drank...We slept outside in the car and he didn't want anything but we gave him some german chocolate. Wished we could give him more...

Nice and shady camping site with bathrooms, hot showers, drinkable water, tables, barbeques and electricity (220 v). Very quiet and well iluminated at night. We've been there out of the summer season and paid only 50 pesos each one. Good wifi signal. They we're building a complete kitchen.

Turn-of from Hwy93 (going North / 35.915726, -114.629417) to "Old US93".
Cross the cattle guard a follow the gravel road, which is not very wide and it is covered by course gravel and rocks. 2WD should manage if going slowly and carefully. I don't think this drive is suitable for RVs.

After approximately 0.9mile / 1.4km you will come to wider section of the road with very short "driveway" branching to the right, leading to a plato overlooking the valley.

According to a map I have available, this spot seems to be right on the border line between Lake Mead National Recreation Area and BLM.

I have opted for parking our camper van for a night on the wider part of the road as the plato was too windy and exposed.

* No Services
* 3 bars on At&T

Hidden from the view from Hwy93, however you can still hear some noise from the road muffled by the distance and the elevation difference.

I did stay one night, while in transit and in a need of decent sleep & quick access to/from Hwy93. All was good, no problems.

Went to this dentist after visiting another dentist two weeks earlier. I had many problems :-)! Anyway I went three times l and the service was good quality and with a lot of attention for the patiënt. She speaks decent English more the enough to explain you the problems in detail. I highly recommend to contact her first via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. Prices are for Everyone coming from the US and/or EU very Well priced. Just ask her upfront how much its gone cost. hope you dont have to go to often since despite the fact this is a good dentist there are more fun things to do in Lima :)!
