What an awesome spot! Windy but sunny and you hear the waves 24/7. 4G Claro reception.

Cool stop for food, with a variety of food stalls (ceviche, chicken, sushi, paella, chifa, bakery, bar and more). Reasonably priced and popular.

We stopped here twice during our stay in Huanchaco. A variety of fresh, homemade desserts to choose from (pies, cakes, dulces), all very tasty! Prices start at 4 Soles per slice, which are generous and easy to share between two. We recommend this little spot!

Good place to stay in Cuenca. it's have a securit camera. It's possible to go to downtown walking. Free.
The pleople are flriendly.

We couldn't find this spot, however. a short distance south of these coordinates is a quarry with space to park. Not out of sight of the road.

We couldn't find a good camp spot along the main road, but turned down this road and found a nice spot away from the main road and its dust and noise. Good for a couple of vehicles.

Seriously, this is the worst road we have driven on since landing in Cartagena. Recommends

Perfecto lugar para visitar lado brasileño de las cataratas y parque de las aves. 40 Rs por motorhome. Lugar tranquilo, piscina ( lo cual con el calor que hacía se agradecía). Buena ducha. No tomas de electricidad ni agua.

Really good to cool down at a warm day. A lot of people here at Friday evening and a lot of idiots with their motocross machines. It was quite after 12:00 p.m.!

Was hoping to camp here but found it closed. Sign says it opens again in early December

Had a lovely quiet night here. Need 4wd or at least good ground clearance to get in as the track is rough. Well away from the road so the only sound you hear is the sea.

big checkpoint going to villahermosa. you will get stopped if you have tourist plates. But its just a routine control of the papers and passports. takes 3 minutes. no big deal

stayed one night in a car. all quiet and good. Just in the morning many tours will stop by

Spacious parking lot next to a little tienda, along the road. Quit at night and safe. The owners have 5 cute little dogs who will welcome you with a smile.

Great little spot! I needed 4wd to get in and out because of snow! Be careful where you park on "spot" is actually a road leading to under the bridge where a gutted RV sits. I don't think anyone goes down there but you don't want to be blocking someone's way.

As said: good place close to Ensenada. Friendly family. 100 pesos for 1 night. A lot better and cheaper than other places around.

They are still working... be patient, smile and be happy to be in Baja :). Don T come with a clean car, as it has been raining it is muddy here... safe travels!

Nice campsite in the Patagonia Nationalpark, you can use it for free just need to register. There is a house with a stove, wood, and fire place inside. We can recommend to start hiking from here, a map you will get also for free from the very friendly ranger. He has free WiFi in is office (5 km from here).

Parking area near the public health center of the city. Very calm, cozy and silent. Good place to stay during the weekends and high season when the city gets crowded. The only thing that bother us was the mosquitoes! Lots of them.

Área de estacionamento próximo do posto de saúde da cidade. Muito calmo, silencioso e confortável. Bom local para ficar durante finais de semana e alta temporada quando a cidade fica cheia. O que mais nos incomodou foram os mosquitos à noite.

Nice, traditional restaurant with very reasonable prices. Casuela de mariscos grande with rice, Platane, salad - is easily enough for two for 20.5k - was very good. Comidas for 10k, etc. Is next to Hotel Balcones Venecia, probably show on wrong side of road.

Shaded campsite under trees for trucks also. Ablution clean, very thight shower with hot water, braai, electricity and watertap on each site. Washingmashine and dryer free. A nice big and clean pool. From the good restaurant on the top you have a nice view to the Three Rondavels.

It is a sad story but a beautiful place to explore. An earthquake destroyed the village of Korit and people had to move to another place. Now the village is desert and you can explore the collapsed houses. In some of them goats are resting during the night. A nice guesthouse has been built behind the big water reservoir. Nice pictures at sunset.

The owners of this hospedaje are very friendly and helpful. They speak only Spanish, the rooms are a bit old fashioned, but clean and there is hot water. We stayed for one night and had a nice dinner and breakfast for a reasonable price. If you arrive by bad weather they have nice fireplace/stove to warm up and dry your clothes and we got some cookies and tea as well : )

Well worth the detour off of Rt 3! Be careful after rain and do not drive through any puddles...

We highliy recommend this restaurant. Tipical chilean food (Guanaco, Fish etc). Local food and engredients. Fair prices. Only cash (Chilean Pesos, USD, Euros).

Lugar tranquilo, seguro e bem arborizado. Não utilizamos água nem luz mas pode ser negociado com os comerciantes locais.

Turn off to pyramids N of Kabushiya. Look out for bird’s wings sign! Follow road round hill to the tourist Centre which, for some reason, is completely hidden from view.
