Closest free camp to Tubac. Your welcome birders. State land, common to see hunters in season. No fire rings or anything. Good for one night. Some highway noise. Likely more spots down the road. |

Spent a quiet, restful night here. The area is well used by fishermen, but they all left by evening. There is a 5th wheel all set up and I thought it was maybe a security guard. But the couple left around 5pm and, when I asked if I would park overnight they told me they had no jurisdiction and they don't care. They said they doubted that anyone would bother us, and no one did. There are restrooms here, but closed at the moment for winter. |

Big parking lot with a nice view of Lake Mead. Trail head with one trail that goes to the Hoover Dam Visitor Center, although you can drive there. Check in at the front desk. You can stay up to 2 nights. Free. Road noise in the distance, but is relatively quiet. 4 restaurants next to the casino floor that are all open. Restrooms also next to the casino. |

We took the ferry at 2 PM to Punta Arenas. We bought the tickets in town: 43 500 for our van (driver included) and 6800 for the other passenger. No problem to pay with card. You have to be here at 12 PM with your tickets, passport and c19. There are toilets in the waiting room at the harbour and also on the boat. |

There is a campground at the park but a ranger told us it was o.k. to park along the wide area along the road outside the park gates but not where it says "No Parking." Park further along the road. Room for one or two small or one large RV. No services but we got pretty good Verizon signal at the park. Free (31.905417 -106.04845) |

About $80/night for a small RV park at the Riverbend hot springs. A splurge but worth it as your RV parking charges gets you access to the beautiful hot springs along the bank of the Rio Grande. Water, electric and dump hook ups, although so easily-accessible spigots for vans like ours with small internal water jugs. During non-COVID times, they have showers available. Not the most scenic place to park but the hot springs are gorgeous. |

This is a hit or miss area. we are in a converted ambulance and were here after dark. We even picked an area where the fence was high to park on the street and a guy came out and told us this wasn't a campground and that he doesn't want to see us here last 10pm. Very interesting area for sure. We moved just because we don't want trouble but we were respectful and quiet. |

Super busy parking lot with lots of surfers. We refilles our two 6 gallons jugs using the foot showers outside the women's restrooms. All the spigets top have been removed so it you're trying to run a hose, not possible. Only small jugs can be refillesm |
