Passamos uma noite no Puma, dormimos em uma barraca que temos em cima do carro, e usamos uma única tomada que o segurança do posto toma conta. Tem banheiros com ducha grátis, mas não são banheiros limpos como costumam ser os pagos. Tem água quente grátis. Barulho de carros a noite toda.

Amazing spot for wild camping right in the dry river bed with views on mountains.
Spent 5 nights here as almost no one pass by.
We saw a few locals walking by the river bed but all friendly. Some goats too.
There is no comodities. You need to bring your food and water.
Primary road is enough away to no hear it much.
Careful as a puma destroyed our bin during night.
Plenty of rocks to build a fire pit and enjoy beautiful stary nights.
We got not signal but open sky for starlink.
Please leave it as clean as nature is!

Public toilets, well kept with town supply water sinks. Also daytime parking for the Dubois town shops, and some landfill bins. Would be hard to fill large containers but works in a pinch if you can’t make a donation to the local dog park.

Great place to camp ! Plenty of space to set up the tent and to park the truck. There were some animal droppings but we didn’t encounter anything. Once you drive off the main road, the dirt road looked like a 4x4 trail with rocks but the truck passed just fine. It’s only 3.8km far but with the dirt road it’s about a 20-25 minute ride past the quarry (we drove slowly). Theres one place about halfway that would’ve been fine to camp but it was quite a bit smaller than the final clearing we went to and we would’ve been cramped with the truck.

Passamos para perguntar se tinha tomada como indica o aplicativo, na parte de trás do full tem algumas tomadas, não testamos, mas perguntamos no posto se podíamos usar, o frentista nos cobrou 8000 para usá-las, achamos que ele estava cobrando indevidamente e fomos dormir no puma logo ao lado. Pois precisamos de tomada para esquentar um aquecedor que usamos dentro da nossa barraca de teto e a noite seria fria.

Estacionamento atrás do mercado, gratuito, com segurança até às 01h. O gerente Vinicios nos permitiu pernoitar aqui. Não há torneira e nem energia. Você pode utilizar o wc do mercado até as 22h. No posto de gasolina há uns 200m na mesma rua pode-se encher a caixa d'água.

Parking behind the market is free and there is security until 1am. The manager, Vinicios, allowed us to spend the night here. There are no taps or electricity. You can use the market's toilets until 10pm. You can fill up your water tank at the gas station about 200m away on the same street.

NPD is closed for 60km from here and further south. Some people are able to cycle it

Easy to find as soon as you come down the road (is car assessable) on your right side, and yes a sign is posted No Overnight Parking, but a really nice spot to spend the day and has a small lighthouse and beach access.

Large quiet parking lot behind the market. Good place to shop for prepared foods, staples for the road. No problems overnight. Good cell signal. Lots of restaurants within a mile or two

Small ramp extends down about 500ft from ALCAN into a spot near the riverside. You can still hear road noise and wind at night.

15 min before the Salto Suizo you can enjoy this quiet campground. They is running water and toilets. 30.000 p/p per day the camping with warm showers. Also room for rent and plenty of shade. Also the “puente colgante is just here (15.000 Gy p/pers.

Nice little restaurant, nothing fancy but good food. Menu with pictures, the point you what is available. You have to try the baked lag'mon, the best dish I have eaten in Oezbekistan

Stayed 3 nights. We don’t recommend it because of the dogs, which bark and howl late night directly next to the campers. We woke up multiple times and had bad sleep because of it.

Other than that, nice place, lots of birds around, quiet neighbourhood except all the dogs. Flat spots on grass, electricity although not super stable and could only use 1Kw which is half, potable water. Terribly slow WiFi of 1Mb/s, swimming pool, ok toilet building but no toilet paper. The owner is really kind and responsive. We missed toilet paper. 45soles, 1 hour from Lima.

Great spot at the trail head. Quick easy ride up the hill from town. You first arrive at a paved parking spot with an abandoned house. You could stay there but there was a lot of trash and broken glass so we kept going up the dirt road to the left. There is a left spur that goes to a large clearing with several fire pits, but no view. We kept going to the trailhead and from here we have a really nice view of the valley and the water below! There is a small firepit here as well. Room for 2 vans, but only one spot will have the view! You can also keep going another 100 ft and there is a large clearing by the cell tower (some tall tower, whatever it is). No water view but it would do if you needed another spot. It was very windy all night, van was shaking, but it had been very windy all day, even in town. and the fog rolled in so we lost our view the following morning. But lots of wild flowers around so still a beautiful quiet place to spend the night.

Great spot for breakfast and lunch! Delicious waffles and coffee in the morning, and fresh seafood and beers in the afternoon.

Worth a stop especially if you’re camping across the street or just coming back from the hikes nearby.

Fast Wi-Fi a bonus as well. The owner was extremely welcoming and even offered use of his shower.

Asked to fill tank and was told that the water might not be safe and you are not allowed to use it.

great place to stay for a few days. private secluded places, but not that great for solar or starlink. clean toilettes, free paddle boats, and an excellent chance to feed mosquitoes.

USFS marked dispersed site. Room for 3-4 rigs. 2 bars Verizon service. Saw a couple of SUV's, not recommend for lower clearance vehicle. Room at site for bigger rig, but needs high clearance.
