Parked right in front for the night. Highway noise is there but more like background noise. Be careful of broken glass if you try to get behind the buildings. Stayed later than usual making breakfast no problems at all staying here. We were able to get water at the rest stop down the road but there are no amenities here. Just a place to park.

We were able to get some water for the RV here. Nice clean place.

Not open, gate closed and in ground spike strips stop you from reaching the listed location. Restraint parking near but we didn’t want to test the waters.

Water bottle filling station and parking easy parking per above comment. There was also an open bathroom that was nice and clean.

Small BLM campground between road and river. Pit toilet. Next to road but very few cars. Path down to beach. Peaceful. Recommend.

Nice flat parking right on white sand beach with no signs. Covered picnic tables, trash cans, fire pit. Didn’t get bothered at all. Beautiful sunrise and sunset.

Great quick campsite off the highway, but free of highway or train noise. The road is bumpy with pot holes, not a big deal unless you have a sleeping baby like we did. The pullout is perfectly flat for our sprinter van.

Good place to stay if it’s raining. If you’re camping and the weather is nice I recommend Royal Restaurant . Take the 40000 shilling room since there isn’t much difference. Owner of the place is very friendly if you meet him

MUCH less wind than the other two campgrounds at this lake.

Nice place, but it needs some maintenance since the place is old, prices rose a lot in less than a year and it became the most expensive option in the region, many tents and people on weekends, which seems dangerous to me in the time of pandemic.

Currently being used as a Covid 19 isolation centre.

A very nice señora set me up with a campsite and dos cervezas for 200MXN. I didn’t bother to negotiate...I needed the beers badly after a long day of driving!!

It’s a lovely orchard the campground is in, and they are building a pool. Nose shady area.

Drive through Rioverde, and was not impressed so I came out here to camp.

WiFi works well! I’ve done much worse! :-)

The location of this is in Irvine and it’s a shopping center not a park. The park is in San Clemente.

Now called SOUL BREEZE :) same location just a name change as of a couple of months ago. Renovations of the “camping” area still underway and the manager (Gordon) gave us some location options, as well as a key to a room to use the shower/toilet and electricity using our own extension cord. Great relaxed vibe. Clean beach area. Tennis courts, two swimming pools, beach volleyball, outdoor gym, dive centre and reasonably priced beers :) ... 1,500 Ksh for the pitch.

Still open for the season because the weather is holding and people keep showing up. Although bathrooms and showers have already been secured. The woman who runs the place lives here year round.

The Sanje trail to the falls were really nice. We needed 3,5 h. It is not very steep. Easy to manage.

Nice local Hotel, very nice staff. They allowed us to camp in the parking. They didn't charge anything we just gave tips, they opened a room for the shower and toilets.

we camped here on the beach, somes fisherman's around. We had the visit of the chief of the village on the morning, it was OK to stay here.
