Gostei do lugar, 100 pesos por pessoa, banheiros limpos, chuveiro daqueles fame mas água gostosa e quente. Lugar tranquilo e o proprietário muito prestativo.

Very beautiful setting, much more beautiful than crowded and touristy Maranjab Caravanserei.
Come thursdays if you want to party with locals and get to know an Iran you thought it would not exist. Come any other day to enjoy desert tranquility. :-)
There is freshwater directly from the mountains, very clean and clear if you take it directly from the tube, not the pond.
Save for 2WD, just gravel!

Dirty, touristy place.
The „road“ heading east from this place is very good, no 4WD needed (worst part is the road from Kashan to Caravanserei), so if you head east for 10km, you‘ll have the desert as it should be: clean, quiet and beautiful!

Crowded, touristy, dirty, under construction! :-(
If you head further east for 10km (road there is much better than the part to the Caravanserei), you’ll find the beauty of the desert, not here! This place has nothing to do with desert, tranquility and beauty. We were shocked.

there are several parking lots probably with different prices. A couple were tarmac and sloped others had large grass areas. we stayed at first on right, not enclosed by fence, 30 mad per night. room for any size vehicle. Gravel and dirt. Could easily set up roof top tent. Three nights noisy every night and dogs barking. We felt safe. excellent wifi available for price of coffee at cafe along road to medina.

Campsite directly at the beach (east coast from Kap Kolka). Dry toilets and in summer cold & warm showers. Basic facilities and fair prices. We came in low season and the owner only asked us to pay 6,-€ per night for 2 people and a dog, car plus caravan.

Great clean hostel with gated and secure parking right outside the main town center. Room rates are $38 a night for 2 including breakfast. We ended up leaving our defender here for 5 days while we went to Zanzibar and they did not even charge us for keeping the car there as we stayed there the night before leaving and the night after coming back. They also provide airport shuttles.

David the manager is very kind and helpful. Also Mina one of his staff is amazing. She is always there and great company.

Just off the road set in an ochre clay desert environment is this clay brick compound. The desert is no Namib, sahara or gobi sand desert and it would be best viewed early or late in the day for photos. Some OK clay eroded hills but otherwise not worth the drive maybe if you are short of diesel.

Pedro is lovely. He gave us space for our camper under a banana tree. WiFi , outdoor shower and toilets included. Good food in the front restaurant! Big delicious batidos! they also built new cute houses where u can check in. We paid 6$ pppn because we just here one night. If you stay more it’s cheaper.
Pedro and his family is really struggling cause of not many tourist this year. And this little village is really safe. plus lots of surfspots Around.

We checked in cedricks place one night. He also gave us a place for our van with rooftop tent in the shadow. Showers , toilet free WiFi and there is good food and a bar too.
He makes a big Pardy once a month where lots of locals and their family’s are coming. It’s an experience! you should stay if you have the chance. maybe at this night at Pedro’s cause it’s very loud music ;) cedrick Took us to another surfbeach when the boom was too big. and he let us cook in the kitchen. Also his stuff is super nice especially Lucia in the kitchen. our dog was also welcome.

This road leads to a quarry and there was no traffic in the tone we stayed there. So it is very very quiet. There are no services.

It is a camping with good structure and the price is very good. It's next to the beach (good for sunbathing, walking or running), near restaurants (you can go to the restaurants walking along the beach). Very good.

Awesome place.
Great to volunteer or just eat or sleep here. The people are very nice, the food is delicious, and the energy is calm and relaxing. 8,000pcl a night to sleep here. WiFi is fast-a mobile hotspot, but reliable. Showers are hot and it’s nice and cool and night to sleep. They are doing wonderful things on their farms. The postres, bread, and empanadas are homemade in their bakery. Must see!

Nice spot! Stayed here for 2 nights. In the morning sometimes a car comes by...once they straight turned around and the other morning some young chilenien tourist parked to explore V.d.l.L.
Watch out, access will be pretty tough without high clearence cause of washed out street.
