We stayed in our tent and it was fine. Amazing sunset. Dolphins chasing fish up onto the beach was cool. 3 other vans staying the night.

Awesome climbing if that's your thing and a peaceful and secure place to spend the night regardless. Seems to be aimed at tent campers - we're in a van and couldn't find the upper flush toilets mentioned below, perhaps only accessible on foot? We parked at the lower area with pit toilets. Playground was pretty basic and strewn with glass unfortunately but ok. It was a challenge to find a level(ish) spot but we had the entire place to ourselves. Still 20 pesos per person on a Monday night.

As described. Not the quietest as it is adjacent to the freeway but good safe place for a night or two

This is a municipal place where you can dump but we also got potable water at the dump spot. Use your own hoses. We did use two filters. It's municipal water and the man said he drinks it.

We were able to get potable water when we went to dump. Use your own hoses. Theirs were not sanitary. Free. Municipal water which the man says he drinks. We still used two filters just to be sure.

It rained all day and we decided to stop driving. Was very windy in the afternoon then it calmed down. Five rigs tonight. Sadly no dolphins for us. Advice not parking right next to the "big rock" something fell on our rig when we were trying to find a level spot next to it so we moved away leaving enough room for people to still get around the rock.

Bien pour dormir une nuit à Bariloche. On s'est mis sur le parking du supermarché todos, collé au magasin, à l'abri du vent (excellente viande) . Assez calme. Dépanne et permet de dormir dans un endroit safe.

Hello
Good place to park your motorhome, go to the nice beach and sleep.
Safe place with a young man who have a look during the day.
At night seems safe because the family sleep here and work too.
The only problem for us was the loud music from the other pub on the beach which stop around 04 AM....., and the people who speak around our truck all the night...
But it was a friday evening....and we haven't try the saturday night fever...!!!!!
May be in the week it's more ...tranquilo!
The crew is friendly.

You cannot use this place for papers if you are going to Chile near Torres De Paine. It is for papers to the Island with Ushuaia. I was sent to the other office.

Chile -> Argentina with Chilean plated car.

No issues at all, Argentinian did 3 second car check. Be warned that there is just an expensive (42 ARG/l for 95) gas station in Bajo Caracoles dealing only with cash (possible to pay in dollars, but the exchange rate is bad). Be prepared.

recommended by several people you may meet. horribly overpriced food, all $15usd a dish and likely worth about $5 at the most. They also try and sting you with a double service charge so watch out for that. not recommended at all.
