Still closed for the season................................

Campground open but several areas still closed. The areas that were open were full. Most other campgrounds in the park are closed this time of the year. Poor show with so many RV’s around!

Great spot to stay for a few days. With a pool. The restaurant seems to be closed. Room is okay, 350 peso for the cheapest. 3 persons fit in their, with a van. Small shops near by, beer is cheap.

Extremely friendly people and nice shop with wine, cheese and other gourmet food items. We could stay in our van as long as we kept everything clean.

Really nice hostel/camping. Paid 20bol for my tent and my motorcycle. Right in front of the lake. A bit far from the center but still nice. They also have shared (30) and private (40) rooms. The wifi is really slow, works for WhatsApp no much more... We made pizza with other guests in the wood-oven. The owners are really friendly. For those who need gas, I paid one of the employees 10bol for him to go fill up my 2 gallons Jerry can.

beautiful spot, nice and quiet and the road was fine for a sprinter when we drove in.

the place was all locked down and there was a for sale sign above the door.

No parking space here (2 cars here already), hostel Campero next door had parking, WiFi and hot showers for 40pp.

One of my favourite rides on my whole trip. Most of this road runs along the tops of the mountains so there are lovely views the whole way. To boot, I filled up 5 times in the round trip from/to sucre, and paid local fuel prices every time.

As described earlier, many sites available and quite far from the road as well. Fire rings and lits of wood available.
Coyotes (?) howled like crazy a few times during the night, I choose not to be scared...LOL.
But it was quite cold to tentcamp 4th June. Couldnt have been more than 5-6 degrees celcius at night.

Small shop where you can buy stuff from old USSR and souvenirs like very beautiful old susani. It is very interesting and the owner Said is a very nice person and speaks little English.

the only thing is that there are no shade, no tree, nothing here so with a tent and motorbike hard to enjoy it.
many option for wild camping in greenery closer to the river higher upstream.

Ok place for 1 night. lots of people passing by, noise from the road.
Great trails starting right in the parking lot tho.

The hotel has been open since 2017, it was renovated and is really beautiful. The owners are very friendly, the food was delicious and the service was great.
Sitting in the bar or dining room you have an excellent view of the falls. There is a campsite with ablutions, there are also trails that go up to the falls and the river.

Great location with amazing snorkeling, fishing and Kayaking in and around the beautiful mangroves. Campsite ablutions under renovation and pretty basic but we would still highly recommend the spot. USD10 per adult, 5 per child. Kids absolutely loved it. Friendly staff and owners happy to share local knowledge which is always appreciated. Low season still - we were the only people there.

Big parking spot, bathrooms were OK but no showers. It was a quiet night just before crossing the border. 3G with Entel worked well.

Very nice agency which organize tour for South Lipez and Uyuni Salar.
The price and the organization of the tour are the same than other agencies BUT you can park your van in a secured closed parking in their hostel (Butch Cassidy), have hot shower and a good wifi.
All staff is very kind, it is the most familial agency.

trailhead parking lot, no signs, quiet, washrooms, awesome forest

Nice enough place, a few homemade firepits. There was a bit of highway noise but it slowed after 10pm.
We saw a coyote and and eagle catch fish in the river below so that was great.
Good for one night or to rest during the day.

Nice parking lot, beautiful view, clean toilets and shower (1$/5min), microbrasserie, bakery, restaurants... everything around !

The usual. Lots of trailers here. No signs prohibiting RVs.

Walmart open 24/7, relative quiet at night (parked at the side of rhe garden center). WiFi in the shop. Restaurants in the surrounding.

Beautiful place under big trees.
lots of space for tents and also some cabins for rent.
Not slot of flat space for big rigs.
The place is very humid on rainy days, so we could set the tent on flat wooden floor, under one of the quinchos.
Good WiFi.
Showers were supposed to be hot, but water was barely warm...
There is a big swimming pool and several slides that look very cool for summer season. We didn't use it though.
Some plays for kid and also a restaurant that I think it wasn't open this time of year.
Price is 200ARS for tent, plus 100ARS pp.
