This is the most uneven parking I've ever seen at a Cracker Barrel. Not one level spot.

There are a bunch of primitive camping spots on this dirt road. You need an AZ State Trust permit technically, but we never saw a ranger come through. A year permit is only $20. Anyways, we’ve loved this spot! You can have fires on trust land if it’s not explicitly marked that you can’t. The spots are large and can easily fit 3 vans. The first two pull offs are easy to get to, the rest of the road is a little rough but we did it and have seen plenty of other vans go down the road. It’s a really beautiful spot!

Fry's Electronics has gone out of business but their parking lot is empty and generally open. Target and Lowe's are across the street if you need to use a bathroom. Restaurants are nearby. Generally quiet parking area for the night. Wifi is available at Lowe's and Target.

Calmo e tranquilo, com todas as instalações (banheiro, cozinha, eletricidade e agua). Conexão wifii rapida. Perto de todo (mercado, farmácia, banco e praia). Thiago e sua familia super atenciosos, foi um prazer ficar lá. 30 reais por pessoa por dia.

Nice place for small vehicles (truck camper/vans) wouldn’t come w anything that can’t fit into a single parking spot. Don’t abuse this place. There’s no sign that disallows overnight parking but it is in a private residential community and is probably frowned upon. Very busy on the weekends almost every spot fills up with a truck/boat trailer. Stayed one night

Bonito lugar con acceso a baño, parqueas tu carro al lado de los cocoteros junto a la playa y como habia mucha brisa nada de mosquitos, la comida es deliciosa y la cerveza fria. Recomendado al 100%.

Nice lady’s home/restaurant right off the main road in to the ‘playa’... look for the sign on the fence (left side of road) before you go up the hill that bends to the right. She has beer and seafood!

Spent the night here on a Saturday in February, lots of room but also lots of mess. Looks like it’s a bit of a party place, but it’s good for a night

If you make it up to the fork in the road I’d recommend continuing further to the flat spot as the road stays pretty level from there on out. Lots more flat locations here as well and good views. I made it up in a Volkswagen Passat 4 x 4 fairly easily however, some more clearance would have been nice.

I used the main parking area, two nights, 1st I slept in Los Cabos and 2nd in my confortable motorhome. The guard was very nice and friendly. At night very dark and very quiet (better than Cabo) only nature sounds :-D
Only pay 15000 fee per car entrance, I said it was a microbús and I was planning to sleep in Los Cabos (noisy crowded) but when I change my mind I was inside the park and no one ask again... I regret no to spend more days there, Is a very beautiful park just you have to walk a little more to reach the beach. VERY R ECOMENDED!!!

I was looking for the right people to fix my converted ambulance since most mechanics in Ensenada declined to work on my ambulance. Onorio, the person in charge of this auto body shop helped me quickly and prioritize my vehicle among the rest not only because my Ford e-350 is such a big vehicle but also because they knew that I was travelling and in a hurry.
This is the right place to fix the chassis of your vehicle and/or paint the exterior. I got the rust underneath the front end of my vehicle removed, added a metal plate as a support, and anti-corrosion painting for a fair price ($150 usd). They can paint an entire vehicle for around $500-1000 usd depending on the size of the vehicle and color of the paint.
This is Onorio's number: +52 1 646 149 5878
Only cash and Spanish at this place.

Puerta del Diablo is a cliff side hike with free parking!
There are three hikes on either side. They have nice views of the coast, lake, volcanoes and the capital. They have no shade at the top so it’s little sweaty and steep but not far. Doable in 20 minutes, with a big reward.
During the civil war executions were held here. There are many other urban legends about the place as well.
There’s some lil food shacks with pupusas, riguas, the usual fried stuff and drinks below the hikes.
We went on a Sunday, it wasn’t too crowded but it’s a popular spot for sure.
We had pupusas in Parque Balboa and it was super tasty!

If you come on a week end, you'll probably get run over by an ATV lol. It gets crazy, lots folks camping and unfortunately lots of trash too. But good place to rest couple nights. Just look for campsite with minimal room, atvs will run circles around you all day literally.

Idk. Road was ok on our night arrival. Dry but rutted in spots, accidentally took the non main route and got some fresh brush pinstripes on our 8ft wide box camper deal. Surprisingly can’t hear hwy, but there is a train track just a mile or so south that has been active this eve. Saw a cool moonrise. 3 stars imho. Oh also just peeped the Gaia and this is def private land. Reduced to 2.5 stars..

We visited this lovely site and were impressed with the rock formations eroded by the wind and rain. You can camp here too but we didn't know that until we arrived. They say its best to see this place at sunset so camping would be a good idea. The campsite hasn't much shade and is pretty basic but good for one night. There is a bar and restaurant onsite.
