I'm not even sure this is technically open. no host, self pay. tons of sites but isn't very maintained. good place to stop if needed. sign says day use and bathrooms are closed but there is no one here to enforce anything at this time.

Municipal Camping Site of Vila Real, nearly swimming pool. The price for one person and one tent is about 6,45 Euros. Hot shower, electricity, water, and more. you can see in the website campingvilareal.com

This place is a small finca runs by a family. They are nice and have space for campers, toilet and modest shower and average wifi.
They stilk recovering from the hard time in Nica and the.thw pandemic so we are the first ones after a while. You can wash your laundy by hand on the lavadero.
5dls a night. Super quite and safe. Some dogs around but all of them friendly. The way here bit hard for small cars like ours (stationwagen) but we made it super easy. There are 5 hammocks to use and space for tents also.

There is now a “NO overnight parking or camping” sign.

Big lot that’s a bit tricky to get into with the one way, but well worth it. Great place to hangout or leave the rig and walk into town. And it’s free.

Amir belongs to the Maya community and in his shop he proposes organic, local and fair trade products from Mayan producers. He also organizes visits to local producers and workshops. Do not hesitate to pass by, it's next to a sleeping Ioverlander point and they are always doing interesting things.
Shop is open Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm.

When rolling away from the town on Hay Bay road, there is a small niche on the right where you can park. A nirnal car will be partly concealed from the road and will be inconspicuous.

Spent a hood night there with no problem at all.

Smokiam RV resort is kind of like a KOA. It has large pull-through sites with full hookups, Tepees, and tent sites. There is a very nice pool, easy access to Soap Lake, and a variety of other activities.

Clean bathroom, sketchy service, but was able to get 2 bars of cell (verizon) if phone angled correctly.

Just arrived and were told camping in our small van is not possible as the car cannot reach the campground. I believe it is for tent camping only.

Upon arrival, the trail was CLOSED for logging.

All around this pin you will find quiet level streets, with no signage or restrictions for parking. This particular location is adjacent to a small park that has restrooms. Some traffic but mostly quiet at night.

You can stay the night large free parking. They also have 2 vr parkings for 40$ gives you Access for 2 days mountain hicking and outside washrooms. If you want a shower you can buy tickets at the boutique during opening hours (2$ for a 8min hot shower ).

Free museum with a boutique at the end of the tour where you can buy jewelry. The guide that gave us the tour was excellent and made it really interesting. A great way to learn more about Mayan and Aztec culture. There is a workshop and they explain the process of working with Jade, the different types, colors, where it comes from, and so on.

Stayed here one night. Sports fields not kept due to covid but nice quiet place. Close to town. Internet ok.

Probably the best place in Anacortes to do your laundry. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done!

The locals sent me this way. Really a great spot. There are maybe 7, or 8 spots along this road. Some larger, some smaller. Perfect for car, van or tent camping. Each spot is right in the creek, and very private. Sone traffic during the day, but nothing crazy. Was told there can be near activity here, so just be aware of food precautions. No cell service, but you can walk or drive a mile to get it. Close to town. I would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet and such a lovely walk down to the creek! Beautiful area and the barn is awesome! Must stay again! Any size rig.

Great stay here, lots of trees and not that many people. The drive in is a bit rough but it’s worth it

Good stop for the night, has restrooms and a seperate section for camper vans with picnic tables. Highway noises but that’s expected. Good atnt connection

Really beautiful site. In early august the water in the east fork is the sevier river is a trickle. There was a bunch of cattle in camp when I first got here. The road in is super annoying with all the washboards. On and off 1 bar of AT&T, but I get perfect service 50 yds down the road. If you’re visiting Bryce canyon, this is a good place to set up camp.

A small park on the side of the road in the centre of the community of Noggin Cove, adjacent to where a small brook enters the ocean. Three picnic tables on site. When we arrived, the grounds keeper, Cyril, was just finishing mowing the grass. We asked if it was OK to camp overnight and he gave us a resounding “absolutely”. We asked if it was OK to have a campfire and again, he gave his blessing. In fact, later in the evening he returned with a box of “splits” - Newfoundland vernacular for kindling. Even though we were only a few meters off the main road, after 2300 hrs. everything went silent, except for the occasional -distant- barking dog! That evening, the sky was clear and we had a terrific view of the night sky. Spectacular! If you visit, and run into Cyril…please say hello!

As described in other posts. Nice and large place to spend the night. Close to the cycling path and Rivière Rouge.

I've seen others review for vehicle camping. we used a tent. If you're in a standard sized tent, this is a good layover spot on your way through Nebraska for you too. We got here at about 7:30pm on a Saturday and only 5 other spots had people.

Nice and calm place at the river. Easy accessible, just drive on the top of the wall until its end. It's leveled and good for 2 Vans. Magti was mostly OK: 4G+/H+

Very close to the road. It's a very exposed parking lot.

$3 showers or $6.80 for a drop in fee for the pool or gym (which includes showers). Didn’t have to schedule a time. Really friendly reception staff, clean facility & private showers in the change rooms. Hours are a bit different right now then what it says online due to covid.
