Very basic hotel. Fans in rooms. Looks tired and is very basic but it was pretty cheap. Lots of restaurants in town. Shower cold and just out of a pipe. Unsure on parking as we arrived on bicycles. Bikes just about fit in room or can be put on balcony. 30,000 for a single room or 40,000 for a double as of 12th June 2024

Confirming last report. $15 per night. You can pay on the county website via a QR code at the information sign or they still have the old school envelope system. Not to busy during the week days.

Curved drive through with chairs and a picnic table right on the shore. Great view.

Easy access. You will require your own hose for fresh water.

Very busy and crammed in. Pile of human excrement right beside where I parked. Would not recommend.

Funny how the place they want you to park is right next to the only sign that says not to. I took a photo and then went in and asked and they said yes, as long as you are quiet you will not be bothered.

Nice place, water available. Quiet at night and morning.

Lots of Street parking in the city. Most of it is metered, but free at night, so be aware. We stayed in front of the Jail until midday. A security guard came out and said hi but didn't say anything about us staying overnight. It was pretty quiet.

very quite! I called ahead to make sure I could park here,there were very happy for us to come and said there would be security to make rounds through out the parking lot. There is trains but that doesn't bother me, I'm more for the peace of mind.

great site at a public park with playground and bathrooms as well as fresh potable water. lots of picnic tables and benches and shade. you hear the highway a bit but it isn't annoying at all.
there's a little trail here which is great to do in the morning.

Great outdoor pool for laps or kids or just chilling around the pool.
Simple but great in the heat. only 2 USD per person. Group changing rooms per gender and group showers. no lockers.
reclining seats next to pool.

also 2 tennis courses here. Next to high school.

easy parking, big rigs can stand here i think.

We booked a room with a private bathroom ahead online. $236 CAD for two people. Gas available but apparently cheaper in Fort McPherson further north so we only bought what we needed to get to Inuvik and will fill enroute as it's even more expensive there. Not a fancy place, a little old but clean with good wifi (Starlink as there is no cell signal) and comfy enough beds.

Gas station is open until 10pm (at least the food court and stuff).

Ps: I’ve fulfilled my tank prior asking for the shower.

Ps2: The keys of the shower stays with the crew that put the gas.

Great first-come, first-serve campground right on the bluffs overlooking the beach. We had a reservation at Kalaloch campground and stayed here instead. It can be very windy and is not as protected as Kalaloch CG, but sites are large. We arrived on a Wednesday evening after 7pm and there were still lots of open sites, and the Recreation.gov campgrounds were all full. There is one bathroom - clean. Nice camp host.

Very new and nice guest house. Beck is super friendly, good english speaking boss. 20$ for shared bathroom big double room with Fan and good breadkfast ( best fresh bread in Uzbekistan ) or 40$ for and ensuite bathroom one with AC, TV and so. I took shared bathroom, which was OK, good hot shower. Can do laundry in the washing machine. Fast wifi.
Roofed secure parking for some motorcycles.
Would stop here again.

we tried to cross from Kyrgestan to Kazakhstan but where told that this border is closed for passengers just for truck traffic.

Free comfortable parking near the pond and park with pit toilets, supermarkets, pharmacy, telecom shops around. Very quiet, safe and calm town. No traffic.
We stayed two nights at this point.

Okay campground for a stop over. Showers unsatisfying. A different shower head and hot water would do.
