Great spot for a few nights. Second parking area big enough for any size. Hiking around as well. Good AT&T service. If you are in a 4WD you can continue past the parking area and camp anywhere you want. Got a little busier on the weekend, but the nights were very quiet.

As described below: The conference centre is still not open, the infinity pool is great, though! MTC signal is very weak and we paid 750 for 4 people. The campsites are perfectly equipped, that's true, but you will have a hard time on most of the finding a really horizontal spot for your roof top tent.

They have a couple of sites open year round. No water, no facilities during off season. Nevertheless this is a nice quiet convenient place for our overnight stop. Recommend giving the owners a call to save your site.

not sure where this is supposed to be; there weren't any roads turning off of Hwy 12 in the area of the coordinates.

Definitely a lot of folks who roam the parking lot, but they don’t seem to bother anyone. Spent a few nights here and always felt pretty safe

The road C103 from Amboseli to Namanga is relatively well maintained. Only light corrugated.

Nice safe spot, a little distant road noise, but very little traffic at night. We camped here one night while passing through. Easy well maintained (heavily used?) fire road. Pavement then gravel for about a mile. Turn left (or north) at first established fork in road. Fairly large semi level turn around, room for several vehicles. We used 4h with a suv and small off road trailer. Very doable with 2wd, couple whoops but not rutted out. Below snow level in November. (2020 was pretty light snowfall).

Couple little piles of trash hidden in bushes, ammo casings, and left behind targets. Fire ring, but cal fire sign at road turnoff posted seasonally no fires. Be careful with fires up there.

We saw no one, but it was November and during pandemic, large network of fire roads, I’d go back, maybe drop trailer and this site, and scout deeper without it hooked up.

ATT had no service and Verizon had spotty/unreliable 1-2 bars of service.

Typical Walmart parking lot. A bit of traffic noise. Close to airport so heard some planes in the morning. Sign saying no overnight parking for large trucks.

We really enjoyed this campground. Very well maintained and clean. Excellent structure with water, energy and clean bathrooms. They are pet friendly. Calm beach. Our kids loved it. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Lucas Park - Corp. of Engineers. Free for non-electric sites from mid Sept - mid May. Fantastic place - I’d recommend the far sites 80’s +. Nice Rocktown trail up the road is a must. Was here on Friday and Saturday nights - only saw a handful of people and believe I was the only one camping.

Epic spot right next to the water. It's a quiet area in general, but this spot is super secluded, which we love! The map pinned us in the water, but we're no submarine. Very bumpy roads, lots of slippery gravel, but doable. We drove down a steep gravel "road" in our Ford F150 in 4x4 with our 25 ft travel trailer. I wouldn't recommend this specific spot if you have an extra large rig, because the turn around space is limited to the beach and the road is a little sketchy. Located about a mile past the pit toilets. We heard and saw wild donkeys. Great exploring! We drove to a local RV park to do laundry and left the trailer parked with no problem. I can't stress how awesome this spot is!

Great place to spend a night. I talked to the hostess inside and she said we're allowed to stay here one night. Since my van is just a small camper, I parked in a normal spot around the back. There are about 7 spots for RVs but it looked pretty full by 7:00 pm. There's some noise from the train and the road.

It’s the only place open during covid. Nice stop between zihuatanejo and la Placita (rancho B RV Park). Paid 400 pesos for one night for 5 people in a 22 ft rig. You park in back of the hotel between the 2 pools. Electric plug in and access to bathrooms (that are pretty gross). Cute town. 30 min from Lázaro Cárdenas where you can stock up on anything you need at Walmart or Sam’s, etc.

For 20 000 single room you will not get towels or toilet paper. If you stay two nights, and the second one is Saturday or Sunday, you will not get breakfast, although it is included in price. Breakfast is from 10, btw, so you have to wait or to give up of it. Cause the restoran with terrace is clise to rooms, in zhe evening is noicy of guests. All in all, it could be good place if they accept basic standards toward guests.
