Very nice hotel, paid 35 $ for two incl. breakfast. Secured parking also for our truck!

Fork in the road on FSR. Backed into road less used. Stayed for a night. Extremely quiet and surrounded by huge trees.

Rustic road between the coast route and the Rocha lagoon, very quiet, at least in winter.

A nice Hostel with very lovely Staff and Managements. Small clean double rooms with private bathroom and really good hot shower with perfect Pressure. Rooms with aircondition!
There are also doorms, but we didn't see them.
Price for double room is 15 USD incl. small breakfast and secured parking.
Not BigRigfriendly, but okay for normal 4x4.
They have a restaurant with the best Burgers and especially Pizza we ever had! Don't miss it!!!

Just wanted to follow up saying it's been a few months and we're now in Bolivia and the radiator had held up.

They fixed the power windows (think the motor had vibrated loose from the regulator) for 140 B. Professional enough job.

Great mecanic and better person.
Daniel fix the change box of our RV.
His life is increble.

We came here for coffee and breakfast. It was excellent. The breakfast my partner had included sausage, bacon, eggs and bread, cooked to perfection with full flavour. Juices were also very good. Prices competitive. Highly recommended.
Wifi is good here to.

Nice place to park for a night. About 200m from main road so noise is reduced. Very few cars pass by. There are no services but it's a bit nicer than always staying in petrol stations and truck stops.

Really relaxed border and no problem to pay the road tax and fee for foreign vehicles with Visa card.

Nice place on sandy ground and hidden behind the trees. You just hear when a car is passing by, but when we stayed here there were only few cars passing. Silent at night and a lot of birds around.

Enjoyed the beers, like any craft Brewery they are constantly changing and we must have hit it at a good time. Tasted all nine on tap. Several were excellent. Also they let us stay the night in the parking lot.

Large sports complex with a recently added camping area, small block of amenities with two showers and two toilets for each. Positioned by a lake but not with a view of the lake unfortunately. Has a lovely little kitchen area and out door grills/bbq’s with wood provided plus lots of seating

Realy a very nice and very clean campground. We came without any plan and get a pitch directly at the beach. There is a small Restaurant just across the road. Very Basic but good. Seems like the two young owners of the Restaurant just started there business. The are extremely friendly and try to do the best they can.

Very nice place! feels more like visiting friends in a people sharing apartment than as a guest house.

Campsite not fully established now but already in service. No sign on the road Ablutions OK. 1 shower each men/women. Hot water only in one chalet available during our stay cause camp is not fully connected to electric power. Owner will boil you water. Nice clean rooms available.
Price Campsite: 10$/ppn.
Price Rooms: 40$

Extremely easy. Definitely worth the slight detour. The customs lady said she didn't have any Tip's so she stamped the back of my insurance. Everything else was really simple. The best bit was the checkpoints after we're so relaxed. They mostly just ignored me. A couple wanted a chat but nothing more than that.

The campground has 54 reservable sites (two fully accessible), including 39 electrical hook ups for RVs (50 amp), bathroom and shower facilities, wi-fi, and a sanitary dump station. Minutes to downtown Madison.

We really liked this place. The tricks were fun and we learned some fun things!

Nice hostel and very friendly manager Warren let us park-up in the car-park and sleep in our truck. This is the only place we found in San Jose that we could fit into. There are wires across the gate. We are 3.3m high and we only just got under them by lifting them up with a stick. Any taller won't fit in. Once you're in, there's plenty of space in the car park for up to med/large sized rigs (not for very big rigs). Good bathrooms/hot showers in the hostel. Small chill-out area out the back with hammocks in trees. Good wifi most of the time (bit slow at peak times). Electric plug-in available but we didn't need it (good solar). Peaceful place. Great location in nice part of town, close to nice cafés bars & restaurants. $15pn for 2 people & truck.

is the natural highest lighthouse in the world. you have climb 341 steps. nice views.

Price is 25 p/p. Nice place with river running through it. Could accommodate any overlander vehicle. Clean and tidy.

There’s also garbage cans and electrical plugins in front of the parking spots around the left side of the building.

Still COP 10.000 per vehicle. The owner of the parking lot let us use his toilet. There was a shower in the same bathroom and it did work once during the two nights we stayed here.
Felt safe, good sport to start walks to the various sites nearby.

Nous avons fait tous les camping de Puerto Iguazu car nous étions un peu septiques de venir ici mais belle surprise car malgré le nombre important de camions les 2 nuits passées ont été très calmes et en plus il y a le Wi-Fi et c'est gratuit. Top endroit. Les campings sont beaucoup trop chers tout autour.
