Right in town .. easy walk everywhere. There are two parks in town and the other one had a laundry

Great overnight lodge, the camping sites are very neat and comfortable and we watched the porcupines come out at night to enjoy their snack. Wifi good around the bar area

Great spot. In town. Given room upgrade- with underground heating. White sheets and towels provided. Lots of open space. Really clean. Booked in for 3 additional nights. Restaurant on site. Large breakfast selection. price is now 15 euros a night per vehicle. it's a guarded site. guard is very friendly and helpful. he will take you to the local shops or restaurant for about 100uah.

Great tour on the river and into the side arms of the river. You can see a lot of birds and iguanas. You can also have a swim in a lagoon, quite clean. Really nice and worth. 30,000 COP per person for 3 hours. 3 h p.m.

The main Toyota dealership and service. Professional and not very expensive. Two guys spoke decent English.
They service many NGO Landcruisers.
You can watch and learn and check if they do everything ok if you want. Hourly rate about 150-200 somoni. Parts are more expensive here than in nearby shop(s).

Nice Campsite very close to the city center. Toilets and showers are clean. There are a few spots with sea view. It’s definitely busy here. There’s a pool and a restaurant.
We payed 33€ pn with our camper, they told us they charge 4€ more in July and August. Wifi available for 1€/3days.

Nothing special and rather expensive. negotiated the price down to 900000 for a twin room with shared bathroom. room was smelly but ok. parking. no breakfast. only can buy food in restaurant, we opted for street food to avoid gastric problems.

its a really a great spot for wildcamping! It is fresh and little shadows for in summer. Amazing place next river and we washing us under the waterfall.

We were looking for a Dry Cleaner for a suit and for washing a shirt. This clean modern place looked just the ticket

All campgrounds were closed when we were in San Martin end June. We tried at hostel parking lots but no one seemed keen to let us park for a reasonable amount. At the visitor center we were informed about parking at the bus station parking lot. We parked on the concrete parking next to a playground as it was raining and the bus parking was quite muddy. We spent a good night and were not bothered by anyone. There is a bar for coffee and empanadas inside the bus terminal. The toilet is a bit run down but it was kept clean when we were here. During the day we parked at the central square. Not ideal but it worked okay, and for free. Free internet from bus terminal too at decent speed. We even downloaded movies from Netflix.

Along the road that goes Lahic, in the forest, many flat areas. The entrance to the woods is a bit hard to see, it's just behind a roadsign. There is an upper area and a lower area. On the upper area you can still be seen from the road but it's really discreet. On the lower area, you're not visible.
it's a great place if you're looking for some shade during the hot Azerbaijan summer.

Luxury Hotel with marina and golf course attached. A quiet place to stay and unwind in a relaxed atmosphere.

Mompox is really nice, but this parking lot is very dirty. A lot of rubbish and dog shit. We stayed there for one night, because we had no other chance with our size. But it was quiet and safe.

Great free campground with bathrooms and hot showers. Just register at the front office. We spent a quiet night here and had the place all to ourselves. Probably a bit busier during summer. Hiking trails and the observatory were awesome.

Super groovy interior and atmosphere. Awesome coffee muffins and quiche and then a bar with microbrew drafts at night. The happening place in this town for sure!

The huge new bridge is approx. 25 km in the north of Mompox. In Santa Ana. Not in OSM yet.

CLOSED. We got knocked on by police at 11:00 pm and told of city ordinance for no overnight parking. He was very polite and gave us a warning due to no signs being listed but said we could not stay in town.

Quiet. No “no” signs observed and no one bothered us. A few other cars and one van were parked when we were there. Fell asleep to the sound of the sea. No garbage cans or anything so please pick up and enjoy the peace and quiet. Had 2 bars T Mobile LTE.

Nice place for overlander camping. 5.000 pesos per night. Electricity, wifi, bathroom, and showers provided. Just ask the host. Clean safe place. Highly recommend.
