hostel well organized , 66 beds , open all year, the crew is very polite and the cook is great with tipical dishes from lazio region here you can became spoiled.
it is a good base camp ,if have got a veichle , to visit Rome and gran sasso national park because is in between, or discover the unknown valle reatina valley where san Francis in the past (1200) invented the nativity. Also Terminillo mountain have lot of activity inside.

camping is allowed only if the hostel is fully booked and in dorm male is 20 euros with breakfast , they have double room too.

near the lake in the abandoned campsite, we love it.

A park and ride at the end of a dead end street full of apartment buildings. Interurbain trail runs right along it. No restrictions for overnight parking posted; lots of spots.

Very nice campground and friendly staff. 35 Reais per person per day. Power outlets next to, parking spots, WiFi, clean restrooms, hot showers and shaded spots. Right in the center of town. Good base to explore the East side of Chapada Diamantina National Park.

We slept here in our rooftop tent behind the restaurant. Not very quiet :)
Open until 11pm and in the morning from 6am. Food was good and cheap.

Nice camp spot. Expect lots of tourists during the day. We had a foggy night so we got to hear the fog horn but it didn’t prevent us from sleeping.

We slept here one night due to snow. so not able to camp. price is Bob50pp and bob20 for camping. Lady is very unfriendly and limited the times we could get into the parking getting stuff from the car. kitchen was open to use but after eating she came in and told us to pay for the use, if we didnt do it he had to move to our rooms.. Rooms are cold, blankets are not up to the job and to get a gas heater you must pay bob50...
Would not recommend this place!

Excellent for a one stop night. Quiet, surrounded by tree, it’s like you are in the middle of a Forest. No issue to park there. Ok for big RV

Good location for the night. Several campers/cars. Gorgeous views. Wish people would be a little more respectful of the environnement as you see toilet paper everywhere. Please keep it clean!

Enormous park. Have to get writtwn permission from the guards, but the process doesn't take too long. Quiet night. Wifi is pretty hit or miss with the external login, but is free. Best free spot in Guayaquil assuming there is not a big event going on at the park.

Great place. Owner Pablo is very helpful and friendly. Facilities are very clean and enjoyable place to be. You can walk down the beach for dinner in town and then walk back out - very cool.

Fantastic view and place. Continue driving the little gravel road and just past the observatory to find a big field with a nice view. (I improved the view just a bit...) Plenty of room, and no people.

Cute stoyanka 300m from the road. The lady at the front desk was extremly helpful and spoke a little English. They let us stay in their kitchengarden behind the house. We felt totally welcome and taken good care of. They have a cafe with tasty meals and wonderful hot showers for 150 r pp. Staying the night in the car costs 150r.

Follow the 4x4 tracks from the main highway. I used the tracks south of the spot but I believe there are also tracks here from the north. maps.me has the tracks. there was 1 other car here but it left. seems like a frequented wild camping spot.

You can find spots that are invisible from the road (for tents at least). Sand is really fine, be careful not to get stuck.

there was a old gym in front of the beach..flat, grassy spot to camp.
its full of rabbish (like everywhere here)
lot of locals come to the beach afzer work. its sometimes a bit noisy (they love to hear loud music)
swimming for women is only in the covered areas possibel (we didnt go)

a great hostel for overlanders- lots of parking space and owner is auto shop owner (the garage is in the proprty- fortec garage). a bit outside the city, but quiet and beautiful! nice family. have also dorms and ger accomodation. very big and pleasent garden. breakfast included. around 30,000 t. per car, including shower and all.
