Nice Family, beautiful Garden, delicious dinner, interesting City nearby

It’s a little camping. It is not really modern, but you can stay there fine for one our more days. We paid 2010.00 RSD for two persons, a car with rooftent and no electricity.

End of a forest road there is a beautiful spot to camp, well hidden in the forest but with views of the alps. Cross over the river with the small church (with the bench outside) on your right. Take the first right onto a dirt road, then first hairpin left turn, at the end of this road is the spot.

This is a beautiful spot to spend time, camp, walk to the market, meet wonderful people. Camping, food parking, hot shower, toilets, water and electricity for 5 pp. The view is almost as spectacular as the hosts!

Restaurant with camping possibilities. Quiet place in comparison to the other options close by. 50$. Had my tent on a grass field. Little shelter but close to it with table etc. Very friendly people and lovely food in the restaurant. Had one of this truchas "al diablo" - which was probably one of the best y ever had... Recommended if you are looking for something quiet...

Laundry. Very clean and quick. We paid 20'000 for three bags full.

I wasn't too sure of this place because of the no camping sign. I figured that if it didn't allow overnight sleep then it would say that. I had the best nights sleep ever. totally dark and quiet. It is a safe location as well. By 930pm there were 4 other vehicles and by 1am there was only me. I drive a class b RV and use Verizon which had great service in.

Absolutely beautiful campsite right on the cliff! A local might drop by on his ATV or in his black truck, he only wants some beer tho and is super nice. The land including the abandoned house are curently for sale and the owner has never been seen there before. Pls pick all your cans and stuff up!

We spent a quiet night in a „pullout“ on the side of a little forest, witch is surrounded from fields. Nobody came arround. And we saw a Tapir, who walked over in front of us!
Coming from west on the MT-322 you have to turn left into a small track (90 degrees to the point) and cross the field.

Good place for an overnight stay. Beautiful scenery you can observe pelicans. But in our case fisherman and people who launched their boats came very early. Maybe because of Sunday. But nobody bothered about us.

Near a quiet marina and kids playground, with washrooms noticed open from 8am to 9pm but open all night long. Some fishermen quite noisy arrived at 5am but no one bothered at us. We spent 1 night there in our 4x4

What a dissapointment, you pay 40,0000 to get a boat across to nothing and then need to to back in the boat in 20 minutes. A note for those wanting to explore the island, once on the island the walk to the end is 40 minutes and the cost to enter the park is an additional 7000pp, they say the round trip is 1.5 hrs. You need to ensure the boat trip you pay for allows you to explore the island. If you simply get the boat across there is absolutely nothing to see on the otherside and then 20 minutes later you are returning to the main land

Price is now P135 for camping. Great spot.

Try to not pay in USD here - we gave the guy 20usd and he gave us back 13usd (which means he kept 4usd for himself, as toll was less than 3).

If you are looking for a nice local expirience in the rural area, this is the place to be.

For $30,- you can have a tour true the local village in this area. Which has a clinic, dokter, gin maker, building house, visiting school. For lunch you can get fresh made local food. And as a desert you will be treated on a local dance.

The money goes to the community, which entitles approx 350 villages.

Great modern campground. Showers here are AWESOME.

...If staying the night bring earplugs! It's right next to a very active railroad; horns and trains blaring all night long about every 30-60 minutes.

Otherwise a great stop

stayed three days and two nights. it was AWESOME. clean rock beach and you can pick up nearby hotel wifi if you have a signal repeater wiboost sort of thing. a couple of beautiful rain storms at night. a few other campers. a favourite!

Iran: I had my LOI on an old passport which was invalidated (cut through) by the Romanian authorities after they gave me the new one. Iran immigrations did not stamp me out directly, but sent me with a guard to the first Turkmenistan border post, where they took my documents to ask their immigrations whether I was allowed in or not. After saying yes, I went back to the Iranian immigrations and got the exit stamp.

Turkmenistan: Paid 121USD in total for the car (1984 1.2 Skoda 120LS), including insurance and 270USD for us four Romanians in the car.

It is rather unfortunate that they make you pay in USD rather than manat, because the official rate is 1USD to 3.5, while on the black market is 1USD to 20.

The border was more quiet and less busy than I expected, with only a few women queuing for some merchandise.

No place to buy water on the Turkmenistan side, may have been because it was Sunday.

If you follow the tracks a little further, across the creek and up through the bushes, you’ll find a large field full of wildflowers and a second little creek hidden in the trees at the far end of it (100m). We camped there. Beautiful quiet spot, great scenery and completely out of sight. Pictures added. Built a little rock dam in the second creek for a very refreshing private bath. We absolutely loved it and stayed three nights.

It is completely in sight of the road. We have decided to drive further and search for something else.

Same comment as other 2018 comment. We did however one night cottage/tent with half board and another with full board (shared toilet and bathroom) for $30 pppn and $50 pppn, respectively. No card option so only cash. Didn't had any noise from guides or locals.

Cold muddy flat spot near a quarry. Very quiet at night, but bustling with trucks very early in the morning. We were woken to vigilancia at 6:30 am asking why we were there. They never told us to leave, but the wake up call is always shocking in a wild camp. Nice quiet free night en route somewhere else, but nothing more than that.
